my fiance and i had been moving all day and decided to go pick up an order to go at around 10 pm to eat at home. my fiance paid extra for breaded chicken on his chicken alfredo (as we are aware and pay everytime we come here!) however, we got home and the chicken wasn't breaded. (this was the second time it happened and we were too busy last time to deal with it) by the time we got home and noticed, it was just after 11pm and they were closed. my fiance called first thing this morning and the manager mike says that he was at the restaurant until midnight and he should have called him. (like we are supposed to know) we already decided we were going to callbackin the morning and weren't willing to gobackout for anything at all last night. period. we were tired. have a 1.5 year old and again.. had been moving all day.
mike was absolutely unwilling to replace this chicken or refund the money we paid extra for the breaded chicken we never got.
i was pissed.. so, i called and asked to speak to the manager and he answers the phone very rudely. just an irritated "hello?!" after realizing he had just spoken to my fiance he started to yell and said that he doesn't have time for this and that he will just remake the chicken. i said, "ok thank you" he got more angry and more irritated as the call continued. he asked if i still had the wrong order or if i ate it all because he wanted to throw it away himself. i said, yes. he continued yelling "do you want the chicken or not?" and i said yes again and eventually i just had to hang up..
i'm terrified to go back. i'm a pretty small young woman and have never been yelled at the way this grown man yelled at me. i'm still shaking. just want people be aware of this man's bad business and serious anger issues clearly he can't control. when he was in the wrong.
