neomonde bakery & deli

reasonably priced and always fresh. some i the best hummus around. the falafal on pita is very good. i have eaten here numerous times forlunchand dinner and always been satisfied. the neomonde in morrisville is equally good in my view.

this is a very popular spot. the reviews are high. so common sense would lead me to try it.
i did go in the heat oflunchrush so the line was backed up and there was a little wait. but that was not a total bad thing as i had time to figure out what i wanted.
i got thelunchbox - half sandwich with two sides - to go.
upon check-out the cashier asked if i wanted extra pita. i said yes and she just handled it to me. now my order was to go so what am i gong to do with a hand full of bread so i asked for a bag.
i waited a reasonable time for my order the left back to my hotel to eat.
cardinal rule#1 - check your to go order before your leave - i didn't and mine was wrong. too late to go back so suck it up and eat. the beet salad was good - i know i weird and love beets. the lamb sharma sandwich was kind of tough and chewy and the green humus - that i did not want just was not my thing. alas maybe i caught them on a bad day.

delicious, authentic and lovely atmosphere. i ate a small lamb shawarma with the meat being tender and the sauce richly spiced but not overpowering.

thelunchbox was modestly priced and included 2 sides and a small dessert. the meal without a drink was under $10.

the restaurant offers bottled beer. there is also a mediterranean market with amazing freshly baked breads.

given i am a food photographer, i don't take cellphone photos of my food. the food was full of color and presented well given it was a deli-line style service served on thick recycled paper plates

i would recommend neomonde to friends.

best vegetarian. love all the veggie choices! great place to meet forlunchor supper.

went here for a quicklunchand was so impressed. will definitely be back next time i'm in town

for as good as it is, and it is danged hard to beat.lunchcan be a bother. i bounced off thelunchcrowd twice this week. i'll make up for it today (saturday). i will not return for a workdaylunchanytime soon, not without some seriously staggered timing.

i have never had a bad meal here. never had a bad entree either. the chickpea salad is excellent, almost as good as the hummous. go there. eat there. frequently.
