gordon ramsey would flip out on this place. the patio is great....that is about it. it seems the capability of the staff and cooks is overwhelmed by the extensive menu. do not bother trying to find what works on the menu..none is authentic, every dish seems to be processed frozen meal. just horrid food...and absurd prices for what you get.

this restaurant capatilizes on a weak array of dining choices in amarillo....anywhere else and it would have been out of business long ago. then again furrs cafeteria has survived with similar level of food, just on a much cheaper level...but what you get is the same when it comes to a culinary experience.

heard good things so was highly disappointed by the trifecta of failure. bad food, crummy service, and vastly overpriced menu.

love their food. after school my 6 year old always wants to go here for pizza. friendly staff and reasonable prices. you will not want to eat italian food anywhere else.

not good anymnore. when napoli's first opened downtown their pizza was the closest thing we had to the pizza we love from western ny. (up by buffalo) and we used to get a pizza at least once a week for almost a year, but lately their pizza has really been mediocre and the time we at the pasta, i have to say i could have been happier with a frozen pasta dinner. i got chicken fettucini alfredo and there was no garlic in it period, and garlic is one of the reasons this dish usually works. my sweetie got lasagna and he said the red sauce was bitter and really had no taste to it. therefore, we won't ever go back.

i've been going to napoli's for the food for years. not the service.... the food. service is awful!!!
met some friends at lunch a few weeks ago. we sat on the patio. we each ordered our lunch and basically never saw our waiter again. another man brought our drinks and forgot one. then came the bread. after 45min of waiting for our food i went in to ask when our food would be ready because we were all on our 1hour lunch break and needed to leave asap. his response "my table of 20 just received their food. so you're now my top priority"
last time i checked we were all customers too! just because there wasn't 20 of us doesn't mean jack.
so after another 15-20min of waiting our waiter finally comes out to tell us that our food was still not ready. this is now over an hour waiting for chicken alfredo.
so we told him we were done and were leaving. we were already late for work. his response "what the hell am i supposed to do with all this food?"
we walked out and didn't care what they did with that food. i will never step foot in that restaurant again.

napoli's was amazing...again! amazing food (stuffed shells & chicken parmesan) and impeccable service. too bad we don't live in the area anymore, or we'd stop by this little gem more often. it made our long trip more bearable. if you leave here hungry, it's your own fault. tons of delicious food & garlic knots to die for. maybe it's a good thing we don't live nearby anymore, or we would be bigger than a barn!

it's an 8 out of 10! thin crispy dang good pizza.. we hit up nap's about once every two months and we love their simple but perfectly done slice of crispy, thin crust pizza. their white sauce pasta dishes tend to be a little oily but it's their red sauces are zesty and herby. i recommend ghe lobster ravioli, the jackrabbit, and their huge stromboli.

great patio, ok food. i have eaten here many times. each time i think i will like it better, and each time it's mediocre. i usually end up getting a slice of pizza and a house salad. the stromboli was so thick i couldn't even taste what was inside. the only reason i keep going back is because the patio is awesome in the summer! my friends and i can go and relax and have drinks on the patio and stay all night. the house wine is totally overpriced and cheap, but whatever. there isn't anywhere else to go get italian that's any better, so go here and sit on the patio!

our hotel clerk recommended napoli's in canyon, tx and he was right. while having a good menu, they allowed us to ad-lib our dish to create something new. the service was good and the owner stopped by to make sure we were satisfied. the portions were huge so we had the next night's dinner from the leftovers. came back the third night for more good food. next time we visit canon we know where to come for good food (good prices, too).

yuck.. you're kidding right... served me artificial crab in my pasta... certainly wasn't noted on the menu or priced as artificial. .. service mediocre....barely an apology when the server picked up the uneaten plate and confirmed for us that is was artificial. we wont return.

boring!. yawn....this probably was a good restaurant....in 1985!! but not today...the menu is so lame..i had the chicken piccata. it was ok....swimming in liquid though. rolls were good.,.but i probably won't go back. if you're 80 years old, this is probably awesome....not good for a 2012 restaurant though!
