we visited namaste lounge forshishaand tea on a quiet monday evening -shishawas disappointing and the tea was poor (tough to get wrong), and the service was, for want of a better word, grumpy.

having visited namaste previously, where the food was great, and the service fantastic, i was surprised at my recent experience, maybe theshishaside is managed separately.

i really liked the food here. the only problem is that it gets really busy on fridays and saturdays, this includes theshishalounge (which by the way is cash only so not very convenient). but other than that the drinks are amazing and not that expensive.

sort out the management, a lick of paint and your onto a sure winner!. lets be honest, the food is great, right balance of spice and fresh ingredients! theshishaarea has a great service and good product.

the venue is a tad dated, but is acceptable for a local haunt after work.

but the real issue is the management! on numerous visits the female manager has absolutely no manners, always has a grim look on her face and fails to consider the regulars feedback.

i would love for this place to get a face lift and have more friendly management! sort it out and you will get more customers, popularity and positive feedback!
