mugshots grill & bar

theserviceis the only positive thing about this place! how are you a bar & grill and don't cook burgers to order? not to mention can't fry an egg! everything about our meal was disappointing. if these are the best burgers in mississippi i'm so sorry ms. cause y'all are missing out! big time!!

love this place! great food and great service! great atmosphere for families in the dinning but also great place to watch the game with the boys. they have like 14 or more tvs in the bar so never a bad seat to watch the game. don't forget the waitresses are very easy on the eyes as well! next time your there ask for brittany forservicewith a smile!

had dinner at mugshots for the first time tonight and was not really impressed. they had pretty good specialty burgers but i think they were a little over priced. i had the "middleburger" and my husband had the "gamble" and they both were around $9.00. we also had their chips and salsa for an appetizer which was around $5.00 and to be honest i've had better at chilies.servicewas fiendly but very slow for an almost empty restaurant. we might have to try it again to be sure it wasn't just this experience but it will be a while before we do.

always have had greatserviceand food when dining at mugshots! the burgers are great and the speed that your food comes out and theserviceprovided is quick and efficient.

best burger on the coast? their fooling them selves.servicewas functional at best. server brought me a dirty plate for appatezier. burger was gristly and had three hard bits of who knows what? want a goid burger go some place else.

i love the burgers. however, theserviceis ((((horrible)))). the one in jackson needs to come down to the coast and train them on service. could be one of the best places in west biloxi. we have been there many times and theservicewas consistently bad!!! if not for the good food i would not return.

great food & staff. i had heard of mugshots since we have one of their restaurants in the jackson, ms area. we just have not tried it. wife and i were in biloxi for a soccer tournament and it was 8:00 on a friday night. wasn't sure what we were in the mood for after a long day of work, 3 hour drive and a soccer game. found mugshots on urbanspoon and we are glad we did.

my wife had the basic bacon cheese burger and i had the hillbilly philly. wife only was able to finish half. i was a pig and ate my whole sandwich. both were very good. i consider myself a connoisseur of philly cheese steak sandwiches, and this one would be at the top of my list. sour dough bread added a nice sweetness to the hardy steak and mushrooms.

beer battered fries and sweet potato fries were good although i prefer fresh cut steak fries with just salt and pepper. my wife thinks i am a to much of a perfectionist in regards to food. she's probably right.

hostess was very welcoming and waitress was excellent. only complaint is that theservicewas too efficient and our food served too quickly. we were in and out in 30 minutes so we didn't get to enjoy the atmosphere as long as we would have liked. that was our fault. we certainly were not rushed. it was the friday after new years. i probably should have gotten a couple of beers, but it had been a long day.

look beyond the burger. they proudly display banners of their winning best burger on the mississippi coast for 7 years running. i didn't find it award-winning, but it had a lot good things about it - tasty char of the burger, lightly toasted bun, and bun that held together well so you could get a good grip on the burger and toppings. however, it came well-done. i ordered cole slaw instead of fries with my pizza burger - cole slaw was one of the better ones on the coast - well-balanced between sweet and sour and crunchy and moist. however, my grandkids couldn't finish their fires so i started nibbling the fries - these were very good. more substantial than shoestrings and not underfried.
the tables are well-separated which was a bonus when i had 4 rambunctious grandkids with me.servicewas attentive and prompt. in the end we very much enjoyed the experience and the food.

nothing! the hostessservicewas horrible!! burger was not all that fabulous and our waitress not very impressed never checked on us but once!! yea never going back there again!!!

ehh.. the idea is good. a convenient place to eat that serves burgers of every size, type, and color. but a lot of the combinations are just gross. i went with 7 coworkers during lunch time and everyone had to take at least one ingredient off of their burger. theserviceis hit and miss. the environment is alright. a little pasty and dull. the prices are a little expensive for what you get.

all in all- don't expect much and you may be pleasantly surprised. possibly. who knows?

the food at mugshots is okay. it's a nice place with lots of tvs for games, but theserviceis awful. when friends suggest we go there - i pretend i didn't hear them. one thing i like about living in the south is that goodserviceis almost guaranteed.

burger heaven. my husband and i stopped on our way home from new orleans to have lunch. we thought the name was catchy so in we went. it was pretty full but theservicewas friendly and quick. i got the "comeback burger" and my husband bravely got the peanut butter burger, he had to just because it had peanut butter on it. the burgers came out and were giant. the buns were steamed sweet buns and fit the meat perfectly no over hang. finally a burger place that actually seasons the meat before they cook it, they were juicy, flavorful and delicious. they fries were great and they have a wonderful selection of beers. mugshots is worth the drive from mobile, al to have a great burger and if you think you can make it, you can always take a walk on the beach across the street to work it off!! lol great place to relax and enjoy some great food with friends.

will visit again. i have had good and badserviceso i won't judge much on that. however, the burgers are really good. i enjoy the peanut butter hamburger. i will be back because they have some of the better burgers around. not the best but very good for the price.

poor service, not impressed. i had heard great things about this place and was very disappointed. i got the chips and salsa as an appetizer because the salsa was freshly made. the only fresh part was the jar may have just been opened. burgers were good because of the bun, but overpriced for what you get. theservicewas horrible. i had to ask for napkins and silverware after i got my food. it may be a burger place but some people still like forks. we also only got three napkins for five people. this does not make much sense. i will not be back.
