the service is the only positive thing about this place! how are you a bar & grill and don't cookburgersto order? not to mention can't fry an egg! everything about our meal was disappointing. if these are the bestburgersin mississippi i'm so sorry ms. cause y'all are missing out! big time!!

had dinner at mugshots for the first time tonight and was not really impressed. they had pretty good specialtyburgersbut i think they were a little over priced. i had the "middleburger" and my husband had the "gamble" and they both were around $9.00. we also had their chips and salsa for an appetizer which was around $5.00 and to be honest i've had better at chilies. service was fiendly but very slow for an almost empty restaurant. we might have to try it again to be sure it wasn't just this experience but it will be a while before we do.

always have had great service and food when dining at mugshots! theburgersare great and the speed that your food comes out and the service provided is quick and efficient.

okay food for what it is... pseudo family friendly bar for adults who still want to have a drink and watch sports with their kids/family.burgersare good but sides are nothing special. typical chain restaurant

food was pretty good. i didn't care for the bread (it was way too much) but the sandwiches andburgersare unique. i loved their appetizers. they honestly were my favorite part. sweet tea was amazing also. while the rest of the dishes were mediocre the environment was cool. worth visiting at least once.

yum.. very tasty. now one been to the one in meridian and i still love biloxi. i've tried two differentburgersboth delish. most ppl only write reviews of the food sucks. don't be fooled. most ppl can't type because one hands holding that juicy burger so they just give the thumbs up. trust the thumbs!!!!

went here for lunch after randomly seeing it when initially settled on wendy's. best decision ever made. unrealburgersand food for an excellent price. driving home happy for sure

whats the big hype?. i have made betterburgersmyself at home. i really didnt see what the big hype was about this place........ to each its own.

great atmosphere, good food. while the open space with high ceilings you enter into seems cold at first, you will enjoy not being cramped and bumped by other customers and waiters. theburgersare great, inexpensive and served fast. hard to beat for a strip mall restaurant.

ehh.. the idea is good. a convenient place to eat that servesburgersof every size, type, and color. but a lot of the combinations are just gross. i went with 7 coworkers during lunch time and everyone had to take at least one ingredient off of their burger. the service is hit and miss. the environment is alright. a little pasty and dull. the prices are a little expensive for what you get.

all in all- don't expect much and you may be pleasantly surprised. possibly. who knows?

burger heaven. my husband and i stopped on our way home from new orleans to have lunch. we thought the name was catchy so in we went. it was pretty full but the service was friendly and quick. i got the "comeback burger" and my husband bravely got the peanut butter burger, he had to just because it had peanut butter on it. theburgerscame out and were giant. the buns were steamed sweet buns and fit the meat perfectly no over hang. finally a burger place that actually seasons the meat before they cook it, they were juicy, flavorful and delicious. they fries were great and they have a wonderful selection of beers. mugshots is worth the drive from mobile, al to have a great burger and if you think you can make it, you can always take a walk on the beach across the street to work it off!! lol great place to relax and enjoy some great food with friends.

good place for burgers. i've been to a couple of mugshots now and the menu always satisfies.burgersare good, appetizers are flavorful, and the sandwiches do not fail to please.

however, the mugshots in biloxi lacks the ambiance that the other mugshots have. something about sitting close to other tables and having a rustic feel (like the one in jacskon) provides the true mugshots experience. the biloxi one is in an old chinese buffet and although they tried to change the decor, still has the chinese buffet feel.

but still, a great place for a burger.

will visit again. i have had good and bad service so i won't judge much on that. however, theburgersare really good. i enjoy the peanut butter hamburger. i will be back because they have some of the betterburgersaround. not the best but very good for the price.

poor service, not impressed. i had heard great things about this place and was very disappointed. i got the chips and salsa as an appetizer because the salsa was freshly made. the only fresh part was the jar may have just been opened.burgerswere good because of the bun, but overpriced for what you get. the service was horrible. i had to ask for napkins and silverware after i got my food. it may be a burger place but some people still like forks. we also only got three napkins for five people. this does not make much sense. i will not be back.
