my texan came quick and hot with really good sweet potato fries. washed it down with the southern prohibition fire ant. greatburgerexperience. come hungry. it's big. the only improvement i could recommend is a more well-toasted bun. but that's a quibble almost too small to mention.

strip mall antiseptic look outside, pretty much the same inside with lovely dark brown carpet which appeared to be very dirty overall.

sat in the front portion of the dining area.

i think they have all theburgertoppings due to the well to over well done frozen patties. i tried the peanut butterburgerwith bacon and did learn these taste pretty good together. side salad instead of fries was pretty good but not italian dressing?

service was kind of spotty with long gaps in between visits.

not a place i would likely visit again. better places out there. maybe other locations are better than this one, it looked and felt old and tired.

the mac n cheeseburgeris made with two grilled cheese sandwiches as the bun, using sourdough bread. the center is an 8oz. beef patty topped with mac n cheese. i requested mine minus the bacon and added mayonnaise. i couldn't even finish half of this tasty burger. reminds me of cheeseburger hamburger helper.

we love mugshots! the fried pickles and turkeyburgerare so good. the fried cajun style chicken salad is really good. my family has been several times and never had a bad meal.

good food with a nice variety on the menu. best bread on aburgerit really sets the whole thing off. good beer pricing and reasonable food pricing. staff was friendly and courteous.

it use to be my go to places, stopping by once or twice a week but now i couldn't tell you the last time i went. if you go on a good day it's good but if it's a normal day it's just average and average shouldn't be this expensive. they have some interesting creations, pizzaburgerand breakfastburgerwere my favorites. now it's really hit or miss

i wasn't crazy about this place - but to be fair, i ordered a salad and they are known for their burgers. i had a bite of my husband's walkerburgerand it was super juicy - i loved the bun! my chicken salad was yummy and diet friendly. i like that it came with a generous portion of greens. the setting could use a remodel. overall, i recommend not trying to stick to a diet at this place of you want good food.

there was a day that we used to say, "want the bestburgeron the coast? go to mugshots!" we no longer say this. the past 4 or 5 times we've gone it's hit or miss. once the meat patty felt like a sponge, which is an odd texture for meat. the fries are nearly as good as they used to be. even the sweet potato fries have changed from the way they were 2 years ago. i'm not sure if there's a different supplier for their food or what is going on, but for the past 2 years it's gone down hill for us. the one in hattiesburg seems to be on par. get it together biloxi mugshots, please. i would love to have that same quality as before. i was tempted to give this a 2.5, but 1 point extra for past performance.

not what it is rated. there is no way that hunk of "meat" can be cooked and served in ten minutes!!!! all the fried "stuff" over powers the "meat"!!! the onion rings were gummy. the employees were nice. no way this should be called the bestburgerin mississippi - three years in a row!! go to the project for an excellentburger- grilled in front of you, dressed the way you asked. may just get a pickle and chips, but theburgerway surpasses mugshots.

yum.. very tasty. now one been to the one in meridian and i still love biloxi. i've tried two different burgers both delish. most ppl only write reviews of the food sucks. don't be fooled. most ppl can't type because one hands holding that juicyburgerso they just give the thumbs up. trust the thumbs!!!!

best burger?. i completely disagree with that. the fries were good but my cole slaw was slimy and gross. theburgerlooks and tastes like the ones i get at costco...

bestburgeron the coast? their fooling them selves. service was functional at best. server brought me a dirty plate for appatezier.burgerwas gristly and had three hard bits of who knows what? want a goidburgergo some place else.

great food & staff. i had heard of mugshots since we have one of their restaurants in the jackson, ms area. we just have not tried it. wife and i were in biloxi for a soccer tournament and it was 8:00 on a friday night. wasn't sure what we were in the mood for after a long day of work, 3 hour drive and a soccer game. found mugshots on urbanspoon and we are glad we did.

my wife had the basic bacon cheeseburgerand i had the hillbilly philly. wife only was able to finish half. i was a pig and ate my whole sandwich. both were very good. i consider myself a connoisseur of philly cheese steak sandwiches, and this one would be at the top of my list. sour dough bread added a nice sweetness to the hardy steak and mushrooms.

beer battered fries and sweet potato fries were good although i prefer fresh cut steak fries with just salt and pepper. my wife thinks i am a to much of a perfectionist in regards to food. she's probably right.

hostess was very welcoming and waitress was excellent. only complaint is that the service was too efficient and our food served too quickly. we were in and out in 30 minutes so we didn't get to enjoy the atmosphere as long as we would have liked. that was our fault. we certainly were not rushed. it was the friday after new years. i probably should have gotten a couple of beers, but it had been a long day.

look beyond the burger. they proudly display banners of their winning bestburgeron the mississippi coast for 7 years running. i didn't find it award-winning, but it had a lot good things about it - tasty char of the burger, lightly toasted bun, and bun that held together well so you could get a good grip on theburgerand toppings. however, it came well-done. i ordered cole slaw instead of fries with my pizzaburger- cole slaw was one of the better ones on the coast - well-balanced between sweet and sour and crunchy and moist. however, my grandkids couldn't finish their fires so i started nibbling the fries - these were very good. more substantial than shoestrings and not underfried.
the tables are well-separated which was a bonus when i had 4 rambunctious grandkids with me. service was attentive and prompt. in the end we very much enjoyed the experience and the food.
