went here for lunch after randomly seeing it when initially settled on wendy's. best decision ever made. unreal burgers and food for an excellent price. driving home happy for sure

whats the big hype?. i have made better burgers myself at home. i really didnt see what the big hype was about this place........ to each its own.

great atmosphere, good food. while the open space with high ceilings you enter into seems cold at first, you will enjoy not being cramped and bumped by other customers and waiters. the burgers are great, inexpensive and served fast. hard to beat for a strip mall restaurant.

great food, beer selection and excellent service. didn't plan to stop by but i'm sure glad i did. i sat in the back room, although smoking was a turn off, the bartender made it worth the hour long lung damage. kudos to tina for making my stop in so pleasant. very beautiful girl with a beautiful personality. she was rocking that bar and made it so personal even with the crowd and full bar. highly recommend this bar and will be back next time in town. thanks mugshots & tina!!

my husband and i ordered chicken wings, cheese wedges, and katees chicken as our app. katees chicken sat under a heat lamp for far too long and the cheese wedges didn't taste hand battered.
the strawberry margarita tasted too much like lemonaid.
for entrees we ordered, he ordered the pizza burger, too much pepperoni. i ordered the cheese burger with 3you different cheeses, i was satisfied with mine. but our beer battered fries were waay too old.

ehh.. the idea is good. a convenient place to eat that serves burgers of every size, type, and color. but a lot of the combinations are just gross. i went with 7 coworkers during lunch time and everyone had to take at least one ingredient off of their burger. the service is hit and miss. the environment is alright. a little pasty and dull. the prices are a little expensive for what you get.

all in all- don't expect much and you may be pleasantly surprised. possibly. who knows?

how on earth this place won "best burger" we'll never know. they must have recently changed their menu because what we got was a pre-formed burger that "can't" be cooked less than medium well. beer selection was good, but the food was awful, no one finished theirs. the manager was condescending and seemed not to care that his food quality was poor.

the food at mugshots is okay. it's a nice place with lots of tvs for games, but the service is awful. when friends suggest we go there - i pretend i didn't hear them. one thing i like about living in the south is that good service is almost guaranteed.

good place for a burger. they were very accommodating for my low carb diet and gave me the gambler with no bun. it was really good. they have a lot of selections as well.

burger heaven. my husband and i stopped on our way home from new orleans to have lunch. we thought the name was catchy so in we went. it was pretty full but the service was friendly and quick. i got the "comeback burger" and my husband bravely got the peanut butter burger, he had to just because it had peanut butter on it. the burgers came out and were giant. the buns were steamed sweet buns and fit the meat perfectly no over hang. finally a burger place that actually seasons the meat before they cook it, they were juicy, flavorful and delicious. they fries were great and they have a wonderful selection of beers. mugshots is worth the drive from mobile, al to have a great burger and if you think you can make it, you can always take a walk on the beach across the street to work it off!! lol great place to relax and enjoy some great food with friends.

great food but the cigarette smoke was unbearable. i won't be back till it is smokefree!
