coffee was terrible...much to my dismay... the california omlet was decent enough, though.servicewasn't the best. had to call the waiter every time we needed her.

i love their menu. my hubby and i are busy working our way through the menu. we still stuck at the breakfast menu because their big ben and macon and bean hash are so divine!! lol. keep up the awesomeserviceand continue making fabulous food...

my fiancé and i were looking for a good place to enjoy lunch and had decided on mugg & bean. food was great,servicea bit slow but overall a good experience. will def be visiting again :)

best fully halaal breakfast you can find. their omlettes are the best.servicealso very good. wide variety of things to order for any meal of the day.

theservicewas friendly but i had to repeat the order 3 times to the waiter who was busy writing the simple order down. at least she was friendly.
what i’m not impressed about, is the prices for what you get. so this is a on the go m&b but why is they prices the same, but you don’t get chips with your sandwich? we had to pay extra. there’s also just 4 tables outside with not enough chairs, which is inconvenient.

what a very sloppyservicewe received. my sister asked for emphasized that she wants well done eggs but got runny eggs. i asked for water with no ice , got water with ice. i then asked her to get me without ice since i can't take cold water, then she brought warm water. i think she was really having a bad day.

the food was also very average. i didn't expect avo paste either. i do however like the location of the restaurant. i usually go there for lunch which i think they do better than breakfast.

the mugg 'n bean here is friendly . i"d ordered a chicken and mushroom pot pie and it was hot and it was delicious  and my mom enjoyed her sandwich. the waiters were friendly and theservicewas efficient.

breakfast with my parents at mugg & bean this morning and we had another great experience.

we had their eggs benedict, croissant and on the go breakfast and then topped it off with some blueberry flapjacks. it was my first time trying their eggs benedict and it did not disappoint at all! the croissant was buttery and light always. their on the go breakfast is the perfect meal for one who doesn't want to eat too much, and then the flapjacks was simply just ah-maz-ing!

with such good food, fast and friendlyserviceit's no secret as to why i keep returning.

i finally visited this mugg and bean branch since they've become halaal and this was truly one of the best experiences i've had at any mugg and bean.

we were greeted by our very friendly and accommodating waitron, jaco.

my friend and i both ordered the sesame crusted buttermilk chicken burger with rosemary fries. wow... talk about a gourmet burger! the knotted buns were topped with the sesame-crusted buttermilk chicken strips, rainbow slow, grated parmesan, fresh tomato and drizzled with a garlic mayo and honey-lemon citrus reduction. it was absolutely delicious - the flavours worked so well together and the portion size was large - definitely one of the best burgers i've had!

for dessert i had a slice of their lemon meringue. i've always loved mugg and bean's lemon meringue because the actual lemon part is quite tart which works perfectly with the sweet meringue - they get the balance perfect every time and today was no exception.

my friend had a slice of the peppermint crisp cake. for my own personal taste i thought that there was a bit too much cream and too little peppermint crisp / caramel.

overall i had a really great first experience at the branch with great food and even betterservice(thanks jaco!) - i can see this quickly becoming one of my favourite spots close to him to get a quick meal.

i've been here a few times and theservicehas always been friendly, and food arrived in a timely manner. last night i had the jalapeño stuffed burger and while the patty itself was juicy, i found the full burger itself to be very dry. i recommend the basil and tomato soup as well as the breakfasts.

went once with my wife for a date and theservicewas speedy and amazing and the food was delicious! had the simple california omlette (twice) both times greatserviceand amazing quality

been a long time since ive been to a mugg and bean so we tried the new one in kenilworth centre. its the only halaal one in cpt as the one in vangate mall closed down. i had the normal m&b breakfast. basic but i guess it filled the spot.servicewas helpful and efficient.

mum and i ordered two american breakfasts. the meal consisted of two eggs, sausage, fries and beans and a side of toast. i thoroughly enjoyed my meal, i ordered my eggs sunnyside up and my toast, white. i actually left my toast because the fries were enough for me.

mom ordered her eggs over easy and her toast was whole wheat. she wasn't too happy with the sausage.

we both had cuppaccinos and mom ordered a strawberry milkshake.

theservicewas great! friendly staff and perfect waiting time.

the only thing i would suggest is that the waiter informs us of what kind of sausage they serve with their meal.
