absolute best service!. my family and i have been going tomontereyjack's for about a year now. our two children will pick this, hands down over any other place or type of food.montereyjack's is consistent 100% of the time. we have never received inadequate food or service. the avocado enchiladas are delicious! i truly cannot say enough about the service. the entire staff is attentive and helpful. if someone walks past your table and sees a need, they are immediately back with whatever is needed. we especially like when they have someone playing music. the staff make us feel like family!

worth the trip for good mexican food. lovemontereyjacks in mwc, good food, good service, we had been going to another mexican restaurant in the holiday square shopping center butmontereyjack's is much better, cheese is completely melted on the enchiladas, good chips, good sauce. they bust their butts clearing the tables for customers waiting. good management.

food is superb... service is spectacular!. i made a trip recently tomontereyjack's and the food was as good and plentiful as ever. i'd really like to comment on the server, miguel. once seated, i was greeted by miguel instantly who took my drink order and brought it to my table within a minute. he saw that i was reviewing the menu and didn't hover while i was making my choice. he returned to my table, took my order and saw that i had finished a bowl of queso. he brought another bowl without hesitation along with corn and flour tortillas. my meal arrived quickly and he asked if i needed anything else. i needed more salsa and miguel returned and brought another bowl of salsa within 15 seconds.

my drink was refilled just as it was getting low and this tells me that miguel was keeping an eye on what i needed. he treated me as if i was his only customer of the night. his focus was on providing excellent service and he accomplished his mission.

i was completely impressed with miguel. i've received good service at restaurants before, but rarely as good as this. he has what it takes to work in the restaurant industry andmontereyjack's has an asset here they need to hold onto. miguel could go anywhere and be a success.

jack is back on track!. how can you keep a good thing down? you can't and that's whymontereyjack's has returned to the midwest city location it once occupied.

a refreshening of the interior greets customers with a lively south of the border flair and the food is still the same great offerings you remember from the originalmontereyjacks! authentic tortillas, real cheese, awesome chili and delicious spicy ground beef are just a few of the incredible items you'll remember from jack's (or if you're just trying them for the first time, you're in for a wonderful surprise).

the restaurant is family-friendly and can accommodate any size group from just one person to an entire office party or more. the bar is located on the opposite side of the dining area so you can still dine in a nice quiet atmosphere without being disturbed by any patrons who might get a little loud during football season.

so, go back to jack's if you've been there before or try them for the first time if you're new. you'll be glad you did!

thanks a lotmontereyjacks!!. i meant to only eat half my meal and save the other half for later. but it was so darn good, i ended up eating it all...thanks a lot!! anyway, on a serious note. your tamales are amazing. they are some of the best i've had in oklahoma. and your queso is delicious. this is high on my list of mexican restaurants now.

hadn't been tomontereyjack's since they closed when i was a kid. decided to try the new incarnation and couldn't be happier. service is very attentive and on the spot. the salsa is very fresh and delicious. overall, i'm glad it's back.

my name is matthew, i am the general manager for the edmond location. first off, i'd like to apologize for any bad experiences had at this new edmond location. the market took us by storm and we were not prepared for it. that was our fault. we deeply regret any bad blood between us and the customers.

now, i'd like to talk about some things. most restaurants directly have a hand in which reviews show up on their restaurant's urbanspoon page, and even other aspects of their page, but we decide not to take control of our restaurants page because we believe that your words matter. my father owns the company along with his partners juan and alkobo (the midwest-city location managers) and our livelihoods depend on your business. when you speak to me in the restaurant you are speaking to the top, not some customer service associate. i take every word to heart. every one. every time someone has bad news for me i listen and fix the mistake. we've invested heavily in correcting our opening mistakes and i hope you will give us another try. we appreciate all negative and positive feedback, especially the negative because that's what brings problems to light. we take care of any problems reported to us with all haste. there is no plastic face here. when you ask for me, you talk to the very top of the restaurant.

we've improved heavily and if anything goes wrong? ask for matt and i'll truly listen and fix the issue. i look forward to seeing you again in edmond!

as for our midwest-city location? they are great, we are working hard to be as amazing as midwest-city'smontereyjack's and are working closely with them to make it happen.

the jack experience. i have already been back tomontereyjack's four times in the last two weeks taking four other friends of mine that have never been. what can i say about our experience? excellent!! the best wait staff in okc. prompt and friendly service. the food is served hot and fresh. the manager, juan, is awesome with customers and ensures the staff is giving professional service to all the customers. if your in the midwest city area givemontereyjack's a try if you are looking for great mexican food served by a great staff.

carmen is the best waitress ever!! she serves you with a smile, has excellent customer service skills, keeps your drinks full, keeps your salsa coming and your chips/queso.. she would be the one i would ask for when i go back.

if carmen's not there sit in the bar area and let salomon wait on you and serve you with a smile. he too will make you want to keep coming back tomontereyjack's to eat.

looking for a place to have drink with dinner be sure to order a grande margarita - you will not be disappointed!!!

the best mexican food in okc!. i've had mexican food from texas to california and everywhere in between andmontereyjacks is not only the best tasting food, but also the most reasonable in price. the portions will fill even the biggest eater! service is also incredible. your drink and salsa is never empty.

good tex-mex. the salsa has a nice kick to it in comparison with other tex-mex joints. the queso seemed less watered down as well. the service is just as excellent as it was the first-go-round. i ordered the avocado enchiladas. i can't give a detailed review on them, because i didn't realize that there would be so many onions in them and i have a dislike of onions-especially when they are in a huge abundance. but let's talk about the sour cream sauce. it had the perfect amount of cheese, creaminess, and flavor. this sour cream sauce is one of the best that i've had. the rice seemed a little dry and the beans were like beans at every other tex-mex joint. the chips didn't seem quite as thin (how i like them) as the first-go-round of mj, but the salsa was better. i loved nino's, but it was slowly slipping into mediocrity. glad to have thismontereyjack's back. now we just have to get a good mexican/tex-mex restaurant into del city...

good salsa. good food, good, attentive service. ask for their special salsas! after asking, our server brought two different salsas. both good. one hot and one with more seasoning. that is one mark of a good mexican restaurant!

good mexican. this was my second visit tomontereyjack's. the first was miserable, since the resturant was half empty and they sat us next to the kitchen. second visit wa much better. they have several different salsas. after i asked our server brought out two different salsas. both were very good and spicy. food was good and fast. definitely the better visit.

welcome back, jack!. themontereyjack is outstanding! food was heavenly. i had the jack special, which is a fajita salad. the meat was succulent. i will be going back for the fajitas, since the meat was so good! the staff went above and beyond to take care of anything i wanted. thank you for coming back to midwest city. i have a new favorite mexican restaurant!
