my name is matthew, i am the general manager for the edmond location. first off, i'd like to apologize for any bad experiences had at this new edmond location. the market took us by storm and we were not prepared for it. that was our fault. we deeply regret any bad blood between us and the customers.
now, i'd like to talk about some things. most restaurants directly have a hand in which reviews show up on their restaurant's urbanspoon page, and even other aspects of their page, but we decide not to take control of our restaurants page because we believe that your words matter. my father owns the company along with his partners juan and alkobo (the midwest-city location managers) and our livelihoods depend on your business. when you speak to me in the restaurant you are speaking to the top, not some customer service associate. i take every word to heart. every one. every time someone has bad news for me i listen and fix the mistake. we've invested heavily in correcting our opening mistakes and i hope you will give us another try. we appreciate all negative and positive feedback, especially the negative because that's what brings problems to light. we take care of any problems reported to us with all haste. there is no plastic face here. when you ask for me, you talk to the very top of the restaurant.

as for our midwest-city location? they are great, we are working hard to be as amazing as midwest-city's montereyjack'sand are working closely with them to make it happen.
