overall, a bit overrated....but still a place you may want to try. the wait staff, hostesses, etc. were all very efficient and helpful. we were seated before our reservation time, which was nice.we were seated on the 2nd floor, which was uncomfortably warm. it had to be 80 degrees with humidity inside. not much different than the weather outside. they could have cranked the a/c up a notch or two for customer comfort. i was not enjoying sweating while i dine inside.the menu says to plan for a 2 hour dining experience, and they weren't kidding. we got our guacamole & chips pretty quickly, but it was more than an hour before we saw our entrees. the guac was delicious and probably the best part of the meal. we got the smoked trout and bacon. the flavors blended well.the margarita sampler was also something to try. you get 3 half-sized drinks for abt. $15. the waitress suggested trying the cucumber margarita, and she was right. it was fantastic.the entrees were a little underwhelming. despite the exotic sound of the taquito entrees in the menu....basically what you get is a plate of protein (beef, fish, pork, etc.) with the garnishments mentioned in the menu, plus two small cups of dipping sauce. you roll your own small soft tacos with the taco shells that accompany the dish. if you want beans and/or rice....you have to order that a la carte.i didn't have a problem with the overall cost of the meal. all-in-all, the place unique and worth trying out. i was thinking and hoping that this place would blow me away with all of the high ratings, but it didn't.
