this modern korean/cajun restaurant run by a caucasian executive chef is a real gem. i've tried about a third of themenuand am amazed at the consistent excellence expressed in their culinary creations. try the wild boar bibimbap, the kimchi pancakes to start. the pouting is an interesting experience although a bit heavy. good with beer. their beer list is really great. the person that put together this list clearly loves beer and understands how it pairs well with their cuisine.
