miyabi rocks!. miyabi is the best sushi bar in the seattle area, period. all due respect to the plethora of good sushi bars in the pacific northwest, but i give miyabi the top nod based on these critical facts:
superfreshfish - that's a must. miyabi breaks down most of their fish in house, this is a big deal
traditional and modern preparations - miyabi stays true to authentic tried and true sushi preparations that taste just like you are in tokyo or osaka yet tries to stay in front of the new sushi curve by constantly offering unique and forward thinking preparations
and of course the ambience - miyabi is fun,fresh& funky. the sushi chefs masa & antonio are friendly, funny and great chefs.
