so sad. i have ordered delivery to my office from mekong four times now. the firsttimethe food was an hour and a half late, but when it did get here it was incredible! we were compensated a free meal for our inconvenience. the second and third times were great. the food was authentic, plenty, and delicious. i started a food log for us here so we could record how much we enjoyed what we ordered! it was true love.
this last time, and i mean the last time, we called an hour and ten minutes after we ordered and the food had not yet been cooked! a half an hour later our food arrived. fresh rolls burned, noodles dry, meat dry and over cooked, and on top of all of that, no compensation was offered. i am incredibly disappointed. i had finally found a place that delivers to my workplace with food that i love, and this had to happen. we drop at least $50 each order, and we order out at least once a week. my office is done with mekong cafe for good.
