excellent variety of draught beer, we especially enjoyed the tiramisu dark which is only available for a limited time. we stopped in just to have a brew but decided to try the appetizers while we were at it. theirishegg rolls are out of this world (corned beef, cabbage and swiss cheese in a deep fried won ton) and the garlic pierogies were great also. the service was outstanding and contributed to a wonderful experience.

never again. went there today with my family walked in a little before 1:00, didn't get menus or drinks until almost 1:30. one waitress bussed the table behind us yet refused to look at us even though i tried to get her attention. finally got a waitress and two menus were hastily shoved at a table of five people we placed our order of anirishnachos appetizer, two gary's, a leprechaun dip, a blue cheese burger, and a buffalo chicken sandwich. it took another hour for our appetizer to arrive. it was just ok, the sauce served with it was just very odd. our lunch finally arrived. both gary's were over cooked and very dry; the bread on one was actually burnt, the leprechaun dip was also dry and very salty the pasta salad side wasn't very good either. the chicken sandwich and burger were just alright. then to top it all off i got a refill of mr pibb and it tasted musty. when i complained to the waitress about it she was polite but really just shrugged it off with an oh well attitude. never going back again.

absolutely great!.irishfood! really greatirishfood! need i say more? okay, i will - guinness! and more other kinds of beer than one can imagine! hey - they even have attentive servers! it gets a touch cozy and a little noisy inside, but i usually leave full and happy. thursday night is build your burger night!

i really miss mc k's tavern. i moved out of daytona and have yet to find anyplace nearly as good as mc k's especially for their corned beef and cabbage dinners. also, their servers worked as a team! any employee walking past our table fulfilled our request asap. the very bestirishrestaurant and tavern.

beer selection sucked. not much variety and some beers seemed like they were on tap in the wrong season (or there for so long they had been tapped since winter?). ordered a chicken sandwich and it was tasteless and overpriced. the bar would be more appealing if it conformed to itsirishtheme (because the food and drink selection definitely do not).

awesome and very reasonable priced food . haveirishmusic playing late nights on weekends. great atmosphere and very friendly staff.

best local pub. being a somewhat regular to this pub i had to "pipe" in on some of the reviews. i've never waited more then 15 minutes for my food orders here, and when i pop in for a bit of lunch the order is there before i finish half a pint of stout. never had a bad meal here either. the one manager could have been a bit rude at times but he's gone down the street now. dave is always welcoming and more then willing to accommodate my family , or groups of 15-20 that i bring in every other month.
stop in on fridays for corn beef and cabbage, best around!!!, live traditionalirishmusic every friday and the 4th saturday of every month is theirishsession.
as you can tell i love this place, great fun, fun atmosphere and great staff! everything a pub should be! i'm getting off here to grab a pint right now...(good selection of single malts also)

keep looking-noirishhere. visit the area regularly to see kids and have been to mckay's numerous times, always hoping to find some realirishtunes and such - not to be - some bands in the past have been ok (at best) and then only on certain nights - current bands pretty awful and areirishwanna-be's and are legends in their own minds - most recent trip we left early and went up to st augustine - these folks wouldn't know realirishif it bit 'em in the proverbial arse - look elsewhere - nothing "real" in daytona area
