i like the chocolate, it’s agoodbrand all over the world. sadly in boston, the baristas are really disappointed. not polite, chatty all the time, so it took longer to serve. when i left my card on the cc machine, he didnt even tell me. until i realized my self an hour after. poor service 😔

a chocolate desert heaven! we went there for just deserts. tiramisu is a must try . the molten chocolate tastedgoodbut was more like a chocolate cake as the molten chocolate within it was missing. salted caramel was also too good.

a place definitely worth visiting for its deserts!

believe it or not, they have an entire menu dedicated to chocolates and desserts. say no more, that line is enough to compel anyone to visit this chocolate lovers paradise. think of a dessert and they ought to have it. be it waffles, crepes, fondues, sundaes, 10 different types of hot chocolates, milk shakes, ice-cream or even a chocolate pizza. it's simply incredible and toogoodto be true.
on christmas eve, after struggling to find parking for half an hour, i finally made it to this place. boggled by the number of options for desserts, we decided to have the best of all the worlds in one dish " the specialty fondue". warm liquid white and milk chocolate, served with marsh-mellows, a waffle generously topped with cream and strawberries, two chocolate bars and a crepe. they give options to milk, dark and white liquid chocolate for this fondue. this was certainly the most unique and the most delicious fondue i've had. 
it'sgoodfor the soul to visit such places, the heart can be worried about later !
the only down-side is that the service can be a tad bit slow during holidays.

over rated desserts left much to be desired and way over priced. coffee with chocolate came out like warm. chocolate martini wasgoodbut overall a disappointing visit. service was average

roasted marshmallow, banana, milk chocolate & white chocolate pizza for dessert one day, we ventured downtown to boston's max brenner, a huge restaurant devoted to dessert - specifically chocolate! it seems toogoodto be true, and it felt like a dream or a scene straight out of charlie and the chocolate factory. the cutest tin that our bill came in. i love quotes and i love chocolate, so to me this was a wonderful touch. it was so ridiculously hard to choose from the scrumptious menu items at max brenner! from chocolate fondue, to crepes, to milkshakes, how's a girl to choose? i clearly will have to come back for more. for the time being, we settled on an amazing dish: dessert pizza , with toppings of roasted marshmallows and bananas in a milk chocolate/white chocolate sauce.  but what about the crust? mb went with a thinner, more bland crust than you'd find on savory pizzas.this plain base was a perfect blank canvas for the sweet toppings. overall experience for a sweet tooth like me

when my mother came to visit me in nyc for an epic three day walking and eating binge (well i threw a few museum and sights in the mix too), one of the place i forced her to try out with me was max brenner: chocolates by the bald man in union square. a few different customers at work had asked if i'd "done" max brenner yet, making it sound like an important foodie adventure i needed to go on. i looked up their menus and saw that there was somegoodridiculousness on them, and so i put it on the agenda. we needed to start with something savory, but their food food options are pretty boring (as in, just go to chili's and then come here for dessert, and you'll have the same experience for $2 less). waffle fries dusted with chili & cocoa powder - with dark chocolate ranch dressing - $5.95 that ranch is listed to be served with the black and tan battered vidalia onions rings, but i wanted to try it, so i ordered it for my chocolatey waffle fries. that pinkish color made the chocolate ranch
