over priced undercooked.. servers were nice but disorganized. we came in with a large party and it was a fiasco. the limoncellowingswere tasteless. the pizza was undercooked and extremely overpriced. sloppy doughy crust from a coal fired oven? $16 dollars for a personal sized pizza. typical overpriced downtown crap.

a little disappointed. i was vacationing in denver, and heard great things about marco's coal fired pizza and decided to check it out for dinner.

we ordered the hell's kitchen pizza, the queens pizza, and a large order of the lemoncello chicken wings.

thewingssucked - they had no flavor at all. i was really disappointed because i was expecting them to be great.

the hell's kitchen pizza was really good, and the queens pizza was awesome.

it was an above-average experience, but i was left feeling a little disappointed because thewingswere a joke.

so if you are a british person or you like very mild flavors this place is what you have been looking for. super subtle flavors especially for pizza. they might even water down their red pepper flakes. seriously. they seriously have a beer with less flavor than bud light. thewings(lemon cello) was like a mrs. dash version of wings. interesting and not satisfying. my grandma might like this and those with timid palettes. if you have a timid palette you probably don't know it but i can tell you, if pepper makes you food "spicy" you have a timid palette. you would love this place!!

amazing!. we sat on the patio last night and had service that was spot on...attentive but not overbearing or annoying. thewingswere succulent and i love that they make their own limoncello and use that as part of the marinade! our pizza, the del re, is the best i have had since i was in italy a few months ago. will definitely be back!

i was more than mildly displeased with the food. thewingswere small and dry with very little flavor. the pizza was ok, but i'd call frozen pizza ok too. our server was nice but mostly absent and mis charged us. i won't be returning.

i fell in love with marco's. the decor, the service and the food are all fantastic. all the wait staff are friendly and professional. our hostess samantha is a gem and mark & kristy, the owners, made us feel like we were family. i was in denver for 5 days and ate at marco's 3 times. i went there straight from the airport and met some relatives, we left the ordering to mark, the very personable owner, who brought out a number of pies, an antipasto and an order of coal fired lemoncello chicken wings. everything was so fresh and tasted so good. i'd be hard pressed to pick my favorite pizza. the del re with truffle and porciini mushroom peccorino sardo spread was incredibly delicious as was the toscana pizza. thewingswere to die for. the nutella pizza was fantastic. i thought i'd died and gone to heaven when i tasted the dolce pizza, which is another dessert pizza, (not yet on the menu). eventually i got around to trying the meatball sliders. lasgna and a marvelous salad with pears, apples and walnuts, all were so delicious. you can tell all the food here is made with love and the best and freshest ingredients, many imported from italy. they also have a special lunch deal which includes a margarita pizza, salad and soft drink for about $9. hey guys, i live in brooklyn, so i know good pizza, but marco's is true neopolitan pizza and better than anything i've had in nyc in years. i can't wait to get to denver just to eat at marco's.
