i waited for an hour and a half just to get my food served. they served the pizza first before the mozzarella appetizer. my other orders took 30 more minutes to get served. i ordered a medium rare steak and got a steak which had rare, medium rare, and well done parts. i also asked for salt and pepper, and it took me 4 times just for them to serve it. we got complementary iced tea for the delay of the order. overall, the other dishes they served like the quattro formaggio pizza and the truffle baked mac were nice. what ruined it for us was the poor service. i hope they’re prepared for occasions like valentines next time.

a must try resto!! perfect for dates. their rib eye steak is good, it’s so soft and juicy. their vongole olio is also good. and their risotto tartufo is the best. it’s has a strong flavor because of the cheese and truffles combined so you won’t be able to finish the dish alone. lastly, their staff is attentive and polite. overall, our experience is good!

we got good service from the servers. the place is disinfected and the plates and utensils were thoroughly disinfected. i must say that the pizza and pasta are really italian flavored dish. one can tell that they are using the freshest ingredients. the service was very prompt and the server is always offering that the bottle of wine be chilled from time to time.

love their mushroom chicharon somehow guilt free but still fried in cooking oil, let say lesser guilt. so crispy and yummy.

my husband and one year old daughter had dinner this week in this restaurant and the staff were amazing. they offered crayons to my daughter because she was obviously bored and they check if everything is fine. they also offered mashed potato and ice cream for my daughter. great service.

our order was incomplete and most of the food they served was already cold. one dish they served was so cold that the sauce was already dried up. our server even dropped one of the plates on our table and slid it across when he was serving it.

i was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the food at this place was. it’s really good for families and sharing, though you can get your own dishes too. the staff were also very friendly and nice. they were helpful in recommending dishes to us since it was our first time. the pizza was so good!!!! i would highly recommend the four cheese pizza though the other ones were good too. the restaurant itself was very nice too and has a lot of seats (even though it was quite big, it was full up!) the drinks were nice too. i would also recommend the garlic shrimp. everything was just amazing! the price was very reasonable too. i want to go back again soon!:)

i loved the other stuff on the menu—except for the too salty over sodium black ink pasta. i knew that it is a bit salty since it’s made of squid ink and seafood based. however, the ones i’ve had here was way too much. they might want their customers to experience uti later. when i asked the staff, he said he thought i knew it was salty (but he never offered me at least a lemon to somehow balance its salty taste) and even said i might not know the food i had ordered well. a bit rude if you ask me for a staff. i’ve had had a lot of black ink pasta before. they were salty alright, but not too salty like this one at mama lou’s. the menu’s also overrated and too expensive.

everything was great. everything was great. i’m so happy with the rib eye and the pasta and the ravioli and the beef! this place is getting better.

mama lou's really is that italian restaurant offering quality food without being overly expensive. we had the truffle pasta, seafood risotto, and goat cheese pizza for dinner, and all were excellent! the goat cheese pizza in particular matches perfectly with the spicy honey to create a very delicious and interesting flavor. the staff were nice and efficient, and the place itself screams italian christmas. if you're into italian cuisine and good food, this one is a must try. would definitely come back!

it was our first time dining at mama lou's and we tried the vongole olio, pan-fried beef scaloppine, and pan-fried sole fillet. we loved the vongole olio the most!!! we expected that the pasta will be bland since this is an olio pasta, but no, it was very delicious! the next that i liked is the beef scaloppine and i liked the mashed potato that came with it. when we were about to pay, we used the promo from another foodie app to get a discount. we also planned to pay via gcash. however, the server said that we cannot pay thru gcash since we availed of a promo which is weird since gcash is not a promo. it is another form of payment. so we just paid via cash.

i’ve only tried this resto via grab delivery. i love that you can order 2 flavors in one pizza. the chili honey dip was bomb! truffle pasta was also tasty. looking forward to try their other dishes.
