excellent - sit inside. our party of four went here last night for dinner, we had reservations for 7:45 but arrived an hour early and they seated us almost immediately. hostess was friendly and warm, and our waitress was totally on the ball. we loved the grown-up, 'lounge' vibe of the place and really loved the food -- high quality, customized burgers, mac & cheese, hot dogs, etc. nothing fancy but the quality was really good, especially the teenie weenie appetizer platter which had three tiny little hot dogs with differenttoppingsserved on buttered brioche rolls. addictive. oh yeah, and the lava lamp cocktail with the jello shot was such a cool and funky drink!
update: one word of caution -- subsequent visits have revealed their achilles heel, namely if you sit outside you will generally get bad service and cold food. unless you are there just to drink and socialize, you are better off sitting inside. it is a shame really since the outside patio area is really nice on a hot summer evening. but ice cold french fries don't do it for me.
