the worst dining experience. we went to lon's hoping to have a nicedinnerfor our anniversary. we weren't asking for perfection, but simply good service and good food. what we got was the most rude server (a woman with a french accent) that i've ever had the experience of dealing with. the food was fine, not what we expected from a resort, but decent. however, the service ruined the meal. we were treated as though we were a nuisance, not guests. i've been treated far better at mcdonald's, and many other supposedly inferior restaurants. to make it worse, as we left, we attempted to talk to someone at the desk to complain. no one was there; we waited but no one came. needless to say it put a cloud over what was supposed to be a happy anniversary celebration. we will never go back and i will tell as many people as i can of our negative experience.
