a lovely dinner tonight. i had the rocket salad and the spanner crab pasta, partner ordered the caprese salad and beef rafu pappardelle. meals came out almost too fast as we didn't get to settle in with our wines but the service was very good. the food was delicious and thepastahand made. the caprese was a standout with beautiful fresh buffalo mozzarella and well seasoned cherry tomatoes. the other dishes were also enjoyed but us both.

i’m a massive foodie and that was literally one of the best meals i’ve ever had. my partner and i were speechless eating the squid ink seafoodpastaat dinner this evening, it was incredible. the seafood was very obviously fresh and the lemon butter sauce was delicious.

came highly recommended & did not disappoint. a highlight of our evening was the incredible service- we were assisted with our wine selection & our choices of pastas. duck ragu and seafood squid inkpastawere both amazing. the deserts also do not disappoint. would recommend dining her. need to book!

we were very lucky to get a booking for dinner on a monday night !  from the moment we walked in, the decor, the lighting and the ambience was beautiful.  as we came to the door, the waiter immediately took us to our table, assisted with my chair and gave us the drink list and menu.  he was very courteous and efficient.  water was immediately served once we decided on the type of water we wanted. 
mypastadish, which was very creative and delicious was the squid ink - fazzoletti with the prawn meat, cream sauce and macadamia topping.  it was excellent and filling.  my partner order the barammundi with the traditional caprese salad.  he loved his dish and in particular the buffalo mozzarella and the fresh basil, however the tomatoes seemed over ripe for my liking.  the wines were excellent.
the waiter was friendly and we noted another chef from another restaurant in noosa dining there, on his day off.  loved this place and would highly recommend.

thought we’d treat ourselves in our team in noosa. for our last dinner we visited locale, dimly lit, open space.. the perfect tropical innovative italian restaurant.

i ordered 2 oysters, fazzolettipasta(entree size) and a warm bread roll.
my friends ordered the ravioli, the barramundi, and a specially made vegan dish that the chef whipped up with the produce they had that night.

squid ink pasta, mooloolaba king prawns, crab meat, mussels, calamari... what more could you want? the prawn meat was the thickest i’ve ever seen! 🦐😍👌🏼 thepastawas juicy as well.

my friends didn’t like the ravioli, said it was underwhelming and not al dente. the bartenders made up for this with a delicious moscow mule (not on the menu but came out authentic with the copper cup and was strong on the booze 👌🏼 !)

i would 100% recommend this restaurant. service wasn’t as attentive as melbourne and a bit rushed (they tried to take away the plates before we even got our bread rolls) but when in noosa! 💃🏻

went with family and friends to this place. they had great service here considering we had kids with us. they helped attend to our needs even though it is a higher class place.

food wise all was great. had the handkerchief shaped seafoodpastathat was ace. did feel unwell a little later but wasn’t sure it was thepastaor not, but won’t blame the place as a friend had the same dish but felt ok.

overall it is a nice place but think with kids it is a bit harder for mums and dads to enjoy in my opinion. because of the pricier side i would go other places if with kiddies where they would appreciate the food more as here they wanted chips haha.

a lovely place for a date or special occasion! my partner and i dined here on a saturday night. the restaurant was full and buzzing. although busy, the service was quick and efficient. nice ambience and beautiful decor, nice touch with live music. i really enjoyed the scallops and tagliolini (seafoodpastawith seafood).

one word- amazing!! the best restaurant by far in noosa. everything was perfect, food, service and atmosphere. thepastais very authentic and seafood is so fresh. highly recommend the lamb ragu and prawn squid ink taglioni. 10/10 for everything!!!

writing this review after literally just walking in the door from a delicious dinner.... phenomenal service!!! thanks to the team there, especially to our two fantastic waiter and waitress... you were both as good as each other.
also a huge thanks to the team for making my boyfriends birthday so special by singing him happy birthday, he loved it.
the food was amazing... oysters, buffalo mozzarella, squid inkpastaand also the pappardelle!!
we are both super full and came home with huge smiles on our faces.... will definitely return and also let everyone know about this fantastic restaurant. thanks everyone... the best!

lovely venue but the service was very uninteresting and the food was good but not great. nice dark and intimate restaurant for a date. squid inkpastawas very rich. the zucchini flowers were bland and lacked seasoning. there was no salt or pepper on the table either. zuppa and lamb ragu was a large serving and flavoursome. but not mind blowing. the toilet was a let down being such a nice venue but using a dodgy centre toilet.

lovely restaurant and entrees but hit and miss for remainder. thepastadishes impressed with the gnocchi - fluffy and delicately flavoured. the black ink king prawns taglioni was a standout as well.

heard so much about this place had to try it. to start with everything was amazing, the service, friendly staff, very accommodating. we ordered the burrata, fig & prosciutto entree which was very nice except for the breadsticks they were stale. mains came out, 1 thing i noticed or i forgot to mention and the waitress who didn't say anything is if i wanted mypastato be a main or entree size, she presumed and so the large one was given, i couldn't eat it all. way to big. i find that a bit cheeky taking advantage of the customer. once 10pm hit our mains were finished the waiters were busy clearing tables, resetting them for the next day. no one came over to us to clear our table, we called them over. then called them over to ask for a dessert menu, then called them over to order the dessert, then called them over for the bill - what the?!

tried locale for our anniversary dinner and loved it.. certainly surprised after all the bad reviews but the zucchini flowers for entree were amazing.. mains of the ragupastaand pork shoulder were also stand outs.. service was very friendly and a lovely atmosphere.. we will be back as keen to try the pizza on the bar menu!!

we were promised a table in 15 min and had to wait outside for 45min. totally unacceptable. kept on telling us we're setting up your table, how long does it take to set a table????
once we sat, we enjoyed our food, pizzas were great,pasta& risotto delicious. would i go back? not without a booking.

pretentious and dissapointing!!! seafoodpasta(frutti del mare) was bland and ridiculously overpriced. fish was overcooked eight hungry people after dishing out $450. avoid-there are far better options in noosa!!
