food was delicious. had the cajun chicken salad. cafe is very peaceful,nicedecor and pricing was reasonable. however no one came to clear our plates 30 mins after our plates were left lying on our table. so i had to go return the plates myself as we didn’t want to stare at empty plates any longer. service could be better.

anicecafeteria on a side street in parnell. the place isniceand clean with a cozy ambience.

very friendly staff. a+ service. they were about to close when we visited but served us anyways.

definitely some creativity has been put into the menu. not your usual brunch menu. their duck pancake was delicious and unique. the prawn ceviche was good with a good variety of salad and the garlic bread wasniceand crispy. a great place for a good and filling savory lunch.

the matcha latte and beetroot latte were verynicetoo, and well portioned.

massive cafe with lots of seats, so fear not about the space. kid-friendly too.

went there post covid for breakfast and is just sad to see that such anicecafe was empty. good food, good coffee. very well presented dishes.

came in for late lunch and the man manning the counter was super friendly.

ordered creamed mushroom and the chicken burger. was delighted that the taste of the creaming mushroom was flavoursome. portions were reasonable and staff was really understanding as they allowed me to swap the bacon in for chicken.

overall ambience wasnicebut a bit confused as of the shops decor/ theme.

we had lunch here a few times while on the cafe visiting family and friends. the servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems.nicefood with excellent presentation and quality . their homemade sauce are beautiful , cause i can taste the different flavor from store bought.just strongly recommend french toast and chicken burger . must try!

loved the place, definitely want to come back ! we ordered the angus beef burger and duck soft taco. the beef burger was very well made, and quite filling - they weren't stingy on the greens which i appreciate a lot, and the strawberry on top was a real pretty touch. the fried tofu that came with was really tasty, would love a dish centered around that tbh! the duck was also cooked well and again, a lot of vegetables, which i love.

the mango&peach frappe was reallyniceand refreshing, a good taste of summer on a hot day! i actually ordered a strawberry&kiwifruit frappe, but i think i got the strawberry&grape one, but i didn't mind too much - the strawberry taste would overwhelm the other either way. would recommend mango over strawberry. paper straws instead of plastic straws - big plus.

the overall ambience is really lovely and calming, not too busy, with soft music and light chatter, so a great place to catch up with people. next time i'd like to try the cabinet food -which i'm usually not too interested in - but looked so appetising !

note that the menu we got was different than the current ones on zomato.

we came here with zomato gold and ordered a tiramisu latte, soft shell crab omelette, crispy savoury french toast, and fries.

the tiramisu latte was interesting but probably not something i’d order again. my omelette was delicious at first, although rather than being a more traditional omelette it reminded me more of a quiche. there was an abundance of imitation crab and a decent sized crispy soft shell crab. i was unable to finish the meal unfortunately as everything (particularly the crab) got too oily and salty towards the end. 

my boyfriend loved his savoury french toast and still raves about it to this day, even though it’s been three weeks since we came here. fries wereniceand light. 

i didn’t find the service to be particularly friendly (staff had no smiles at all) or attentive when we came even though there were only three other tables occupied out of their very large seating area. as the cafe is quite large and spacious we felt a bit awkward as there was no music playing when we came in and while we were eating. not sure if it was deliberate or a technical issue, but during the entire hour we were there, only two songs played through the speakers. it felt a bit strange to be seated and eating in complete silence.

lil hidden gem in parnell. the guy there was veryniceand so welcoming! my hot chocolate was on the warm side as i like my hot chocolate super hot which i should have mentioned to them but here we are. anyways i ordered the big breakfast (cant remember) and was so delicious. hubby had same thing and finished his plate in 5mins lol very quiet place on sunday but a few families were there also. perfect place for a quiet brekky. also zomato gold was a bonus! win win.

omg it’s my new favorite cafe in auckland! love it so much. definitely worth the wait. will be back every weekend i promise! the smoothie are soniceand thick with no ice and no water. my kid love it ! the lamb i ordered is amazing. and they even have cotton candy in the french toast !!
all the food are great and with fine ingredients. the staff and the owner is extremely friendly! definitely recommend to everyone!
