can't fault it. great atmosphere from rhe moment you walk in. super friendly staff, beers are phenomenal, great balance throughout the range. food just as good. great variety. great spot for settling in for the day!

great place to come and catch up with our friends - the kids can play while we dine and drink!  great service, great food. fantastic beer.  get some craft beer to go on your way out (15% discount when you dine there)

went along in a large group,  and i can only comment on my food, but was expecting a lot better.
i ordered the tacos and the fries with the chilli salt.
anyway all food arrived except my tacos which came out delayed and most people were well into their food by then.  thats ok, at least they arrived.  but they were massively disapointing, for $17.50  it was 2 small strips of pork across two tacos,  and the coleslaw was so watery i had to squeeze the liquid onto the plate, as was wearing it while trying to eat.  just as well i had my fries coming... wrong !! these were completely forgotten and as everyone else had a head start on me already, i wasnt going to bother with the fries.  they got taken off the bill at the end thankfully, but all in all a massive dissapointment food wise.  service was ok,  place is nice enough. just the food lets it down, and lets face it... people go for the food. i sure hope it was just an off night, ended up coming home and nailing some double cheese sizzlers instead.

we went as a family of 3 generations in the school holidays. service was outstanding with waitress simone, who when we complimented her, revealed that they were short staffed. that didn’t stop her being polite, and friendly while giving us great service the whole time. a varied menu, including one for the kids. meals of a range of sizes, and all were tempting. we were very happy with our choices.
a happy relaxed atmosphere, as well as a cool indoor playground for kids.

i went there yesterday with my wife and ordered some food and beer. we pretty much enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. i agree with other people on the price wise but good place to visit for a special occasion or just when you are craving for beer after work. first time visitor and will come back again.

would not waste my time coming here. came here for dinner and i had the 'chicken ceaser salad', i've had some pretty good ones and let me tell you this was the worst one i have ever had. the chicken looked undercooked and was pink so didn't even touch that, had like 6 lettuce leaves, croutons were like half a slice of bread each and didn't state on the menu that i would get literal anchovy fishes on it!!!! my friend had the chicken burger which was average, not the best. was soooo loud in there as-well you can barely have a conversation in there. all meals came out at different times aswell and its like ?? dont really wanna finish my meal before anyones even gotten theres??? don't recommend at all.

came here for lunch on a sunday around midday. very busy but we managed to score the end of a long table. table service was efficient and friendly given how busy it was. we ordered a few beers and the mac and cheese, poutine and brewers board to share between 3; waiter informed us we could order extra bread for the platter free of charge which was welcome. food was alright for what it was, cheese curd on the poutine wasn’t really melted at all but it was fine. only complaint would be the excessive bass being pumped out.. my insides wanted to rattle, great for a friday night but not so much a seedy sunday morning!

this location is a fantastic addition to the area & a great re-purpose of what was once an abandoned wharf area.
they have opened parts of the business bit by bit which is really wise, and this means there is something for everyone. indoor & outdoor areas, coffee, fish & chips, sharing plates & a wine bar.
the only criticism if anything is the noise - not unusual when you have large groups on a concrete floor, it can be hard to hear each other in large groups. the other minus is that it can be quite glary inside with the large door area & no shade. sunglasses do the trick though.
the menu is great with lots to choose from. fish & chips from ‘saltys’ is quite pricy at $23 (for the portion). i ordered the lamb which was delicious, and at $28, quite reasonable.
they naturally have a great range of beer on tap from their own range, as well as others.
well worth a visit

i drove 45 mins to hobsonville after finding out there is a little creatures in auckland. after having such amazing service in the one in fremantle i was prepared and hoping to be amazed again. but i was totally wrong.

no one greeted us at the door. not even a single acknowledgement, when we are clearly the only few people that has not been seated. after struggling to find seats for 15 - 20 mins, we finally found the seats ourselves because of someone left.

at that point, we still have no acknowledgement from any of the staff and no one came to clear the table. finally after another 5mins, a girl came to take the only order that we had.

after 1/2 hour, nothing came. later found out that our order was never actually sent to the kitchen. so we cancelled the order and left.

this was a complete disaster from the beginning to the end. whoever is managing the place really need to train their staff properly and actually managing the place. we won't be coming back here any time soon.

took the ferry from the city to catch up with friends for a late lunch. liked the vibe and relaxed atmosphere created from renovating the aircraft hangar and the water front location. venue suitable for all all ages, young and old. staff were attentive and service was quick. great beer selection and pizza and triple cooked chips really hit the spot. will be back for sure.

little creatures was a very damn average experience. the place itself is so hype and buzzing with people but it's just too loud, couldn't even hear myself think. the food is very average just normal pub food to say the least. i had a chicken burger and like it wasn't bad but i wouldn't hype it up, my friend got the ceaser salad and she hated it, the chicken was pink, and the salad was so basic they should chuck more ingredients into it. don't waste your time coming here x

i visited little creatures with a group of work colleagues last week. we were impressed by the layout and atmosphere, unfortunately this was not the same for the service or food we received. our group ordered a variety of dishes and they were all below average, the value for money was also lacking - we ordered a shared bread platter with extra bread which ended up being suitable for 2-4 people. it was hard to get the attention of the staff, our plates and knives were dirty which they pointed out. i don't think the staff were equipped or trained to serve a large group as they didn't take down our orders correctly which meant half of our orders came out early and half came out late - therefore we couldn't eat together and some desserts were missed altogether. when requesting extra cutlery the incorrect items were provided. the staff were not active in ensuring everything was ok with our table and lacking in follow up service. 

while we thought the atmosphere was pleasant it wasn't suitable for a group dinner and we will continue to stick with the north west mall's restaurants, thanks!

this is nearly new place to enjoy fresh air and food at once.
there are huge space to sit lots of people that makes some people uncomfortable not to concentrate chat with meal but the staff serve very activate to all customer who might give more star for them .

stay away from the burgers! bun was so dry and the chicken had an odd texture. not once did staff ask how the meals were, did not seem to care

great set up and family friendly. food was good but i think a little over priced for what you get. but overall good venue so will will be back.
