little buddha cafe

i love everything about this little cosy cafe by the river ganga. from food to ambuiance, amazing crowd and definitely the vibes. recently during my trip to rishikesh i encountered this wholesome cafe. with beautiful wooden interior and low dim lights makes it extraordinary and relaxing. as per food, i adore their wide range of varieties from middle eastern to nepali, indian, chinese, italian and everything was authentic. something that i loved more about thisplacewas their choice of condiments present at your table. chilli sauce, tamato sauce salt pepper, oregano, chilli flakes and balsamic vinegar. i mean whaaaaa? that was unbelievable. moving on to what we've ordered.

1) our special pizza, loaded with mushrooms, baby corn, olive, spinach and cheese. it was delightful.

2)besciamella al funghi pasta. super creamy and loaded with cheese. unbelievably satisfying.

3) chilli potato. nothing too fancy but still love it

4) mix veg thukpa, in a cold chilly evening near river side, this hot bowl of thupka was a pure bless.

5) mix veg momos, nothing extraordinary but love that sauce.

6) chocolate, strawberries, mango, oreo (individual shakes with ice cream) and cold coffee.

this is a busy spot with a good atmosphere. wide and good menu with most dishes good to excellent. aplaceyou can definitely go with confidence of a good evening/lunch. reliable.
but one can only enjoy the café either late evening or in monsoons or winters if you are going in summer afternoon it may make you irritated as thisplaceis near the river bank and observes immense suns heat.
coming to food everything was upto mark but due to warm weather we really enjoyed the crushed lemon ice and due to which i would rate it 4 or else i have only visited thisplacefor its name..
just a suggestion to the café owners, guys please install desert cooler it will really help..

this cafe has all together a different vibe. at night or evening, it feels so amazing and good to be here and chill. its in the lanes of laxman jhula and you have to take stairs to reach the cafe. from outside it looks some house but once you enter the cafe, you feel the vibe of ganga river view. the food is also amazing! we ordered pizza and noodles. we visited this cafe almost at closing time, so less options were available but pizza and noodles were really good in taste. mojito and limbu pani good.🧋 you should visit thisplaceat-least once if you are in rishikesh.

you must visit thisplaceafter sunset. the ambience gives you a different vibe. the service is little slow and you have to wait 15-20 mins to get a table

this places serves such a huge variety of breakfasts...
had banana nutella pancake, it was great... tasty and filling...
had tomato garlic toast.. it was served with salads and fries... taste was good...
had spinach mushroom burger and it was great...
the view from thisplaceis great.. could see laxman jhula from here...

this was among my list in rishikesh and turn out to be pathetic.placeis just at rightplacewith nice view but they failed to balanced it out with food.
food was not fresh, i mean how such famous cafe cannot even serve decent fries.
most of review said best thing to try was lemon nana, again disappointment.
i think an indian is definitely not their target.
pizza was just to try, pathetic- fries, pasta, momos
out of all we were only able to finish our cold coffee.

one of the best cafes to visit when in rishikesh. my rishikesh visit is incomplete without visiting this happening place. generally, thisplaceis always full of firangis, the ambience is cosy and with a clear view of ganga and laxman jhula.
the food of this cafe is amazing though the service is kinda slow.
falafel all and cold coffee is highly recommended and my all-time favourites. also try their pasta and momos they won’t disappoint you at all.

thisplaceis so cool. the view from the cafe was mesmerizing. we ordered quesalidias which was yummy and some fresh juice and mint lemonade. but the service was little slow due to crowd.

i visited thisplacefor saturday dinner. theplacehas amazing ambience and crowd. we ordered noodles that was average, pasta and pizza were not upto the mark. honey chilly potato was not good. overall the food experience was not good , however, only ambience was great. service was very poor

this is one of the most price-friendly cafes i came across considering their serving sizes. i visited thisplacea few times during my stay in rishikesh and every time their food was bliss. their menu is elaborated coffee, smoothies, fruit bowls, crepes, sandwiches, falafel, and it goes on. thisplacehas its vibe...light, food, music, river-view, friendly staff. theplaceis occupied mostly so you might have to wait which is worthy. the only issue that can come up is sometimes their card machine doesn't work and paytm, gpay is not worth the time their team takes...so carry cash if you visit them, still worth trying. i tried their pasta, pizza, cheese crepes, smoothies, cold coffee and falafel (during my different visits in days)

we came here for breakfast. it's a cute littleplacein tapovan. food was good in quantity and quality as well. everything tasted fresh specially the juices.view from the cafe is great if you find the right seat!! service here was pretty slow but that is the case in almost all cafe's here!

though this cafe has a nice location, theplaceis very congested. above all, the customer service is pathetic. they are very rude and they don’t really understand what cafe means. even if you sit idle for 20-30 mins talking and chitchatting, they will come and ask you to vacate as you haven’t made your next order. i wish we could give them ‘0’ rating.

theplacehad an amazing view with perfect dine in area.. but theplaceis crowded most of the times so you have to wait to get your seats.. the food tastes good.. they have amazing cold coffee.. and the voew with lakshman jhula

after listening to little budha name my expectations were too high . but when i visited thisplacetasted few dishes my expectations just broken down . yes it is very very over hypedplace. too crowdy , u will receive ur order on table after 40 - 50 mins of food order. taste was not at all good except desserts , thisplaceis friendly for street dogs and pet owners which i like it . but too noisy , too loud , very slow service , bad taste . price are good .
