for last 3 years i have always ordered signature choc cake for daughters birthday and this year as well came to their place for ordering but it was very disappointing experience.
stood near the billing counter to place an order and patiently waited for more than 5 minutes, i am perfectly aware of the fact during busy hours orders can’t be served immediately, but person at the front desk should have basic courtesy to acknowledge the customers presence and politely say it will take some time and will get back to me. but the lady managing the counter, probably thinks being super busy at the cost ignoring the customers is the right thing to do .
if this is how they are going to manage their customers then god save them. done with their shop. good quality can’t be excuse for pathetic customer experience. there are equally good dessert shops with better customer experience. i have been living in indiranagar for last 20 years and i have seen much better eateries winding down due to bad customer experience.
headed right back to smoor on 100 feet road, very good customer experience right from the time entered the store, front desk employee told me politely she will get back to me few minutes and explained about various varieties of birthday cake available. lavonne should be sending their employees to smoor to learn on how to treat customers.
