for our main entree we shared a dish of green curry. i love the green curry flavor profile. fresh green curry is a combination of basil, lemongrass, galangal, peppers, garlic, fish sauce and other herbs and spices and then all wrapped up in coconut milk. really fresh green curry is delicious, but it takes time to do this sauce right. there is an easy way to make green curry and it is to buy a little can of curry paste and combine it with coconut milk. i usually use the short cut way because it is fast and easy to get dinner on the table. the easy way is sufficient, tastes good enough and feeds the need for thai green curry.

red curry and yellow birds. red curry with seafood is simply exquisite. try the summer rolls. enjoy live music on weekends. be transported. oh and the yellow canary cocktail is really good too. or yellow bird or something like that, a lanna thai specialty. its yellow. order that too.

i'd agree with everything food dude said, except i would say the food is pretty good. the exterior leaves a lot to be desired, they need to spend some money on a good landscaper...first impressions. the service we got was average. we got the spring rolls which were very good, although they forgot the sauce. we split a salad that was outstanding. i got a basic pad dish with pork, chicken, vegetables, rice and lanna sauce, it was ok. my wife got the pad thai which was horrible. it had a funny smell and taste. worst pad thai we ever had, by far. i wouldn't go back to dine in, but maybe for takeout.

most authentic in tulsa.. it's hard to find a good authentic asian (thai) restaurant in tulsa.. lanna is by far the most authentic. very vegetarian/ vegan friendly.. extensive menu and reasonable pricing. favorite menu items: fried tofu appetizer, tom yum goong, and panang curry. cool atmosphere, and live music on weekends. great for dates.

souper delicious. i love the soup! but it is all good. they can accomodate a variety of dietary restrictions and they are child friendly. i like the live entertainment too.

food is ok. i just moved to tulsa and was spoiled by my favorite thai place in des moines. the pork dumplings were delicious but my lunch entree l6. off-shore was a little salty. the meat in it however was very good. i will probably eat here again but take out instead it kind of smells like "feet after being in flats all day" inside. that's the only way i can describe it. also i asked if they served sticky rice and the waitress told me only as dessert with coconut. very disappointing because i absolutely love sticky rice plain

yummo!!. i am fairly new to the idea of thai food but the more places i try the more i love it!
came here on a slow monday afternoon and i really liked the atmosphere and the food was amazing! i had the summer spring rolls that have left me craving more and more! i wanted to order another plate of them before my meal they were soooo good! for my entree i had the #13, green curry at a #3 heat and it was outstanding! it was a huge portion for what i believe was $10.95. you get more than enough for two meals.
the only thing i wasn't too happy about was the service. it wasn't horrible by any means but it wasn't the best either. also, probably b/c of the time i was in here 2:00 on a monday, the restaurant was dead quiet and my husband and i had a hard time feeling like we could even have a conversation just b/c we didn't want the entire staff to hear it. it's a very quiet quaint restaurant and i will defiantly return! the thai food is wonderful!

worst thai food ever. if you like your food salty, this the place to go. the resturant has a stench to it as well. i will not go back...ever!!!

this place is great! an owner/manager must be reading all the reviews about terrible service & slow food and fixing the problems. i had excellent service - very attentive, but not overbearing. my food came out in normal time. i ordered the spring rolls for an appetizer and they were very good. there is something slightly different that distinguishes them from other restaurants rolls. i got the red curry chicken dish as my entree and it was absolutely fantastic! i travel to tulsa from dallas for work and i have experienced a number of thai places in dallas - some terrible, most okay, and a few outstanding...i would rank lanna thai in the top three of my favorite thai restaurants based on this experience.

will be returning. my wife and i tried this place recently at the recommendation of one of our friends and were not disappointed. my wife had the pad thai which she enjoyed minus the shrimp, and i had a cashew chicken with veggies and rice, which was amazing. we both ordered our dishes level 2 out of 5 in spice and our american palettes couldn't handle much more zing. i look forward to trying other dishes, but might have found a winner with the cashew chicken.

good food, terrible service. even though the food may be americanized, it's still pretty good. the downside is that the service isn't just terrible, it's non-existent. at one point, my husband got up and went to the wait station to refill our drinks himself. the only waitress around (who wasn't ours of course) simply watched him do it and walked around him on his way back. never again!!!
