outstanding!!!. someone on a forum recommended la farmbakeryto us for breakfast while we were visiting the triangle area. i sure am glad they did, it was wonderful. my wife is an accomplished baker, and she was just as impressed as i was. we had a great breakfast, and even took some pastries to go, but they were gone by noon. wonderful, wonderful breakfast and other baked goods, charming but informal atmosphere with friendly, knowledgeable folks behind the counters. highly recommended!

needs improvement on service ; food great .. as a former retired business owner i appreciate great customer feedback and also room for error . but thisbakeryreally hits all points on the quality and ingredients but needs an attitude adjustment in customer service . although we will give it another try cause the baked goods are worthy .

lost and found!. while traveling thru the area and looking for a quick lunch, we urban-spooned our way to this small but very friendly place. with tight parking and packed tables, all the evidence favored a good meal. while in line, a friendly-toqued annette asked our origin and routing. she then presented two croissants to take out as a gift for coming from across the state. wowser! we ordered and sat outside, enjoying a cacophony of different conversations in english, pashtu, and spanish. the "award-winning albacore tuna on a chiabatta" won my vote, as did the chipotle pimento cheese and fried green tomato sandwich. did i mention the home-made chips? we failed to escape the pull of the chocolate chip cookies, or the sea salt dark caramels before we left. a great place, great food, wonderful staff and service! oh yeah, there's abakeryas well. bring a smile, a little time, and some bail money if you get caught too near the glass in the patisserie.

watching him work the ovens on the morning batch one begins to understand ‘the dance’.  flowing yet calculated moves, shifting racks, opening doors to peer into hot ovens, pulling out loaves, touching, tapping, to either return to heat for a few more minutes or to pull unto a filled rack and allowed to breathe cool.  long baguettes are placed individually by hand, scored or cut for final shaping and handled with intent, all the while discussing a desired length from a wholesale client with another baker.  it’s 5:00am, i’ve just arrived…they have been dancing for hours. it’s not news that lionel vatinet and la farmbakeryare well known in the area.  since opening in the late 1990′s, la farm has been considered one of the go-to spots for spot-on breads and that recognition has carried him beyond our little corner of th

everything here is to die for. unfortunately, everyone else agrees, so it is bedlam no matter when you go. we have given up ever trying to eat in and just pop in forbakeryitems to go. wish it weren't so crowded and insane. but everything at la farm is fabulous... except the crowds.

everything i've every had at la farmbakeryis amazing! i especially love the chocolate croissants and the sour cream coffee cakes. this is definitely the bestbakeryin the triangle!

visited la farmbakerytwice. the first time i had a chocolate croissant which had only a small amount of chocolate. the second time i had the french toast. it came with only one strawberry, and since the description said 'strawberries' i complained. the staff brought me out two other strawberries (which was nice) but she said that that was more than they normally give. i found this a bit cheap, especially considering the high price.

very disappointing !!!!! drove forty minutes to this place after reading the great reviews... we wanted to try the creme brule french toast which sounded delicious but were told we don't have any left at 9 am!!!! wow , how does abakeryrun out of bread and eggs???bakerylooked cool but highly disorganized !!! sincerely disappointed

bestbakeryin the triangle. i love the bread, lunch and brunch here. it's difficult to find fresh bread around here and this place is definitely worth the 25 minute drive from downtown raleigh. if you are lucky you can also find la farm bread at wholefoods.

this is the bestbakeryon the planet! a farovrite gift of ours is gift cards to this amzing restuaraunt! a little overpriced but that might be because they use french butter in everything! they offer great classes for all ages also! love it.

great french breakfasts!. la farm is just minutes from our house and always a great place to grab a freshbakerybreakfast! breads are delicious and fresh.bakerygoods are normally good. i did however, have an incident while ordering an omelette that caused some inconvenience.
