super steak. probably the best i have ever had. i doubt though if it was fully charcoal grilled. maybe they just grilled it for browning but with the doneness spread all evenly, inside and out, they sure did it sous vide way. well who cares... it was awesome!
of course theplaceis pricy and for a formal occasion but worth every penny. in spite of the formality of theplacebasis the menu and price, it is uniquely located on a street corner and that makes it even better.
other stuff apart from the steak was great too. the bread, the chicken and the grilled cheese was superb as well. they serve a plethora of sauce with the steak and the sides are unlimited. trust me, you don't need the sauce and the sides. the 15-day wet rib eye is just perfect on its own.
