la bella vita ristorante italiano

fenomenal italian. that's funny reading the previous review bc we were refered by a coworker to and we went try la bellavitato the same night and the food and service was fenomenal from antipasti to paste and secondi. i m italian from second generation not first and definately not fifth bc their is a big difference,but i can do say one thing!!! that you should never mention at the table at my family's house. never say that you like olive garden or any italian chain restaurants bc you will be disgraced by your country and or by your family. if you want to eat real italian at its closest in colorado springs, la bellavitais the place to go.

disappointed. i went this evening to la bellavitafrom a recommendation from a co worker who said it was good, i was so disappointed. i took my daughter for her graduation dinner and it was awful! the food was over price, service was awful, and didn't even know if they offered a military discount or not. please dont go here i am italian and this food was no where near close to ..it was awful never will go again or recommend it to anyone so sorry i ruined my daughters dinner would of love the olive garden better!

true southern italian food!!!!. as a person who has lived in italy for almost seven years, this is true southern italian food!!! i believe those that gave a bad review are jaded by the american italian food they so love. olive garden has nothing on la bellavitanor is there any comparison. the menu is true to the southern region of italy and i definetly plan on going back and continually recommending this to friends and family.

we were simply driving down the road with italian food on our mind when we came upon la bellavitaand pulled in. even though we didn't have a reservation, we waited only a short time in the well-stocked lounge before being seated at a very comfortable booth. the general manager was amazingly attentive, advised us on the wine and beer selection, seated us and checked on us several times. the server was knowledgeable about the menu and the food was outstanding. this place is an absolute treasure.

wonderful experience!. we have been driving by this place for almost 3 years and always say that we need to stop in and try it out. yesterday we finally did, and wished that we would have tried it out sooner. the staff was amazingly accommodating and the food was out of this world. we started with the burrata alla bellavitafor an appetizer, which was recommended by our server melissa. it was one of the best apps that i have ever had. the entrees did not disappoint either. my wife had the linguine pescatore and i had the veal piccatta which is one of my all time favorite meals. la bella vita's is definitely one of my top three best for the piccatta. we will definitely be back and will be telling all of our friends to come.

i took my girlfriend here recently for our anniversary. the wait staff was very attentive to our needs. our waiter was very well versed and informed with all menu items. both of the dishes we were served were absolutely delightful. we shared the profiterol for dessert and it was amazing. we both had an excellent time at la bellavitaand will definitely be coming back. thank you.

we just ate at la bellavitafor the first time and were we ever pleasantly surprised!! we both had an authentic italian chicken dish... they were hot, fresh, nicely presented and completely delicious! we also had a wonderful candied pecan/ gorgonzola salad, which was so tasty! the chef is from italy, where he also went to culinary school. the restaurants ambiance was
very warm & inviting; service was friendly & very attentive! we'll definitely go back! you should try this place out!

real italian food!!. finally found what we were looking for, me and my husband recently moved from the east coast to colorado and we were unable to find some decent italian meal in the springs after trying several italian restaurants, but finally after several months we found it!!! la bella vita, actually owned by 2 real italian guys from italy witch now these days don't see much of it. we visited 2 nights ago and had some fabulous dishes, the homemade spinach gnocchi special with a veal ragu sauce and the risotto with shrimp, arugula and sundried tomatoes were very fresh and extremely nice, even the bread that they bring out, you can tell that its homemade. we also had the tiramisu and i will be honest to you, it was probably one of the best i have ever had in my life.
they got a pretty nice not to extensive wine list witch consist with a variety of only italian wines. we are glad that we found la bellavitathat will be our spot for when we italian food.

great food. had lunch at la bellevitaand it was fabulous! i had their chicken marsala. my business partner had their chicken piccata. both were delicious. we were served by one of the owners and he made sure that we wanted for nothing. i highly recommend dining at la bella vita. its five star food!

awesome food!!!!. we went last night to this awesome italian restaurant of on i25 and garden of the gods and it's called la bella vita. we made a reservation at 7:00 o'clock and we got warmly greeted and promptly seated by one of the co-owners of this italian restaurant. we opened the menu and we right away knew that this was going to be a hit, we started with the focaccia bellavitawich is a italian flatbread baked in the oven with gorgonzola and parmesan cheese topped with crispy pancetta, caramelized onion, walnuts and arugula. " it was to die for".
then we both had the panzanella salad wich had a combination of cherry and grape tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives,cherry buffalo mozzarella chesse, fresh basil and a champagne vinaigrette."fantastic"
our maincourse was followed by a special of the evening wich was a fresh filet of halibut stuffed with a potobella mushroom mousse and pancetta in saffron sauce and my wife had the beef medaglions in a gorgonzola sauce with truffeloil. "amazing".
the highlight came when our beautifull waiter( eric) suggested the affogato al amaretto; vanilla gelato topped with a shot of espresso and amaretto liquor and chocolatesauce."incredible".
my italian co-worker warned be about this place by saying that after eating here you just don't wanna frequent other italian restaurants in the springs anymore bc it makes you feel like back in italy again....and he was right about that.

disappointed ;(. i was honestly disappointed after the anticipation leading up to my visit. after giving this place two chances i am giving up trying to find some good quality italian food. the food at la bellavitatastes unimpressive, nothing amazing and definitely not worth the considerable sum you pay for it. i would much rather go to olive garden or to any other italian chain restaurant and get better and more economically priced food. the ambiance is dated and the music was a little loud for my taste. in my experience you wont find much about the decorations or music in italy, which was disappointing also. though i reserve my greatest disappointment for the food, which tasted not like it was from italy and authentic, but like it had been prepared from a can or box.

we went to la bellavitafor dinner. my friends and i loved the food. pricing is fair and the service is excellent. love the italian language used by wait staff.

we are visiting colorado springs we loved our dinner at la bellavitai had the eggplant parmesan ..(outstanding) my boyfriend had the chicken with pesto sauce..loved it. his daughter had the spaghetti with veal and pork meatballs ..it was so good.. we met the owner he is wonderful and our waiter gioni was so great ...if you love homemade italion you must go..the atmosphere is wonderful and romantic
