good ambience ... v tried masala prawns which was quite yummy, prawns were fresh & succulent .tried sear fish rawa fry with d neer dosa that too was quite good , dry mutton masala was best of the fare as the dry coconut gravy blended imperceptibly with silky mutton peaces.though service was on the slower side, yet v were quite comfortable & in no rush at all .. overall a good place catering to mangalorean seafoodlovers

best place in mangalore for seafoodwith reasonable pricing. the restaurant serves alcohol. the staff are friendly and is ease to be accessed.

thefoodwas really good! the prawn tastes amazing! service was also very good! the only thing that is miss leading is its not 400₹ for 2 people! its one prawn dish for 400₹!

great place to go to for authentic mangalore cuisine. total value for money. great quantity, friendly and super efficient service if you know the head waiter. always crowded.foodtakes a bit of time to reach the table...

don't forget to try out their butter chicken with butter naan and chicken ghee roast! yuuummm!

kudla used to be a very good restaurant, with good quality and quantity offoodfor the price. but now they are looting people. i got this kind of 3 peices of kalmi kebab for 270/-. pathetic, not even size of my little finger.

kudla restaurant is always our 1st preference for family get together lunch bcz of taste, service and quality of food. but this time it was a total disappointment. soups were watery, too spicy biriyani and bottom of biriyan pot had too much water.. mutton biriyani was a filled with mutton bones rather the pieces. service was very bad.. for each items we had to wait for long time. only good we found was chicken lollipop ..hoping taste the old quality offood on next visit.. thank you..

hi, this was my 2nd visit to mangalore with friends and family, while coming back to bangalore i made plan to visit this place,foodis good but still need improvement i tried here masala fry with extra masala but taste was bland. my experience was bad, hope other dishes must be great..
ambaince is great, tried beer also here,

but down there is pan shop, his pan is best... he made me more happy.

we came all the way from balkunje to balmatta to havefoodhere.
thefoodwas good, but it had too much masala. would prefer rava fry over masala fry.
squid masala and surmai tava are worth trying.
overall experience :

good restaurant and bar, reasonable pricing and thefoodis delicious, especially the local mangalorean cuisine is really good, seafoodis especially good. nothing really impressive. ambience can be better. the service is good. the location is very good at the heart of the city. overall recommended and value for money kinda restaurant.

i have visited here two or three times. the ambiance is good. i guess that gives them a bonus point. butfoodwise, am not that impressed.

food was okay - however i found it quite expensive. could have been better in quality and in terms of cost.

chicken sukka tasted good among all the dishes that i tried here.

junglee chicken is must try here. try tandoor item. this place is know for authentic mangalorean seafooditems. little bit expensive than i think
