absolutely atrocious service, waited 20mins for staff and the waiter went out of his way to be offensive. no idea how management trains their staff but this restaurant has by far the worst customer service i've ever experienced anywhere. stay away unless you enjoy being abused and insulted, there are many other kbbq/jbbq joints in the city that offer a much better experience. this place offer discounts for reviews which would explain why they manage to keep their reviews above average.

the portions were good and we loved scallops with its egg the most. however, the meat taste are plain and no wow- feeling. the meat selection wasn't that many. maybe we got used to going to japanese bbq restaurant much and felt like this place are overpricing vs what you get.

one of the best wagyu restaurant in sydney! all the items on the menu are worth a try. quality meat, excellent service. mango ice cream is also the best! we will definitely go back with our friends :)

had buffet with large group of friends - service was fast and the food was good! i particularly recommend the oyster blade for bbq, it just melts in your mouth.

quality meat and sashimi, loved the atmosphere and food came out pretty quickly unlike other all you can eat places. icecream is delicious to end the night !

kobe wagyu is an all you can eat restaurant, specialised in melt-in-your-mouth japanese wagyu beef & other quality meat cuts. the restaurant also has delicious sashimi & and sushi. simply order from the screen and your orders will arrive shortly. there is a time limit (120 minutes) so make sure you order everything when the alert notification pops up.

although it is pricey, it’s worth every penny. the restaurant has promotion on certain days of the week (weekend excluded), and on your birthday as well (condition: cash payment).

came for dinner for my birthday. the menu is really nice and the quality of food/ingredients are amazing. i do feel like the ambiance can be cleaner or could do with some renovations. the place is not cheap and although the food was great the area didn’t feel completely clean probably because it is old

10/10, one of the best buffet bbq’s i’ve had in sydney. there was a great food selection of proper wagyu and sashimi, absolutely worth the value. easy service with a table screen and food comes out frequently. 100% would come here again. thank you!

love the meat and sashimi quality here! definitely worth the price! there’s a large selection to choose so you can enjoy as much as you want. the flavour of the ice cream (black sesame, mango and green tea) is strong too! i’d definitely make another visit here.
