where on earth do i start? check their positive reviews they're 99%fake! on google and zomato. wow. my service was below par, i spoke to them in japanese but they didn't understand?! my friend spoke to them in chinese and then that's how we communicated. the grill itself is weak and slow. overpriced. i'm disappointed and feel scammed. they do not serve kobe beef. only aus wagyu that wasn't even fresh. wow. insipid food that's below mediocre. i could go on but i don't want to waste my time. 🗑 /10

what a waste of money! ordered the buffet menu for two. everytime we ordered the food would either not come or the incorrect portion would come. dont understand this place's portions. i would order 2 portions of a dish then only recieve 1 portion then order 4 portions and still only receive 1 portion. avoid this place like you would covid19! had to request a clean glass because the one given to looked like it was just used by a previous table as it still had them mouth stain marks on it. boycott this place!

came here for the 1st time and it exceed my expectations. the service and environment was pretty good and clean. bbq buffet here is definitely worth
the price. absolutely will come again next time👍👍👍

the food here is amazing, high quality wagyu beef, fresh sashimi and several side dishes, dessert. the service is also great, all staff are friendly and food coming so fast.
this is definitely my first choice for wagyu buffet!

if you love a good japanese barbecue, this is the place to be. they have a huge variety of meats available for bbq including high grade wagyu. they also offer a bunch of delicious sides like takoyaki octopus balls and fried chicken.

we dined at kobe wagyu yakimiku just before the covid-19 crisis lockdown and what a memorable dining experience it was. i had never been to a japanese bbq restaurant before and i was impressed with the quality of the food, especially the wagyu, seafood and sashimi as well as the selection of the buffet.

the wagyu beef just melted in your mouth, the seafood and sashimi was of the best quality and the sushi was the best i have had in a long time.

additionally, the service was friendly and very efficient.

i am looking forward to returning and it’s the perfect place for families or bigger crowds.

please note we dined as guests of kobe wagyu yakimiku.

the most distinctive dish is wagyu beef, which melts in your mouth and makes you salivate
shrimp is my favorite everywhere. it tastes chewy
in addition sashimi, sushi, fried shrimp balls and so on many points
ice cream is sweet but not greasy, and matcha is my favorite

i’m glad to see on zomato how highly diners have rated kobe wagyu, up on the first floor across from world square, at the edge of chinatown. for that was my feeling too: this was great food and a great dining experience. and it was a bit of a historical meal for us too, as it was the last place we went to before restaurants got shut down (except for takeaway service) because of the covid-19 pandemic. so, if humanity is doomed, it was great to have this as our last restaurant meal.
