khyber
have you been to the absolutely phenomenal indian restaurant, khyber yet? do go if you haven’t already as you are going to love everything about this place. boasting a bar area, a terrace, many seating booths and a huge private dining room, the restaurant is spread over the 15th floor of the very fancy dukes dubai hotel which allows you to enjoy breath taking views of the dubai eye and marina skyline while indulging in the flavorsome rich north indian palette.
already famous in mumbai for serving mouthwatering cuisine since 60 years, this is the brand’s first international venture. it is operated by the same people who run it in india and the recipes used are the original ones that date back to 1958. basically, it specializes in food from the northwest of the subcontinent, near the khyber pass. styled in warm colors and ornate tapestries, you are going to sail away to the majestic mughal era while dining at khyber. in fact, it provides an aura of dining at some posh restaurant in the heart of mumbai itself!
