unfortunately, i had a very bad experience with the waitress and manager. at lunchtime on a weekday my co-workers and i went at 11:30 am (early so we could get in and out) and we waited one hour and 5 minutes for our food (i didn't receive a refill of my drink during that wait either) which still never came so we left. but, as we were getting up to leave the waitress (who never checked up on us) came over and said she thinks our food was coming and the computers broke down so that is why our food was late. during this time, 3 tables of customers that arrived after us already had their food. i'm guessing with the computer glich our order just got lost. that part i don't have a problem with, things happen and i completely understand that. but, there was no concern what so ever regarding us sitting there for over an hour. our meter had expired (that's how i knew how long we had sat there). never was asked if there was anything they could do. the waitress said, "so are you not going to pay?" as we were leaving (and we were late returning to work and very hungry). pay????? for our one drink, no refill? the manager then comes over and asks if we want our food and also told us the computer broke down. i saw the waitress write our food order down, i see the other tables receiving their food. just be honest and say "i'm sorry, with the computer glitch we missed your order. nope, we received nothing like that. the manager then says, "i hope you will give us another chance in the future." really???????? what reason have you given to us to make us want to give you another chance? my co-workers and i completely understand that glitches happen but it's how it was handled that really angered us. (well, that and the fact that we are all sitting at our desks super hungry now and eating candy to get through the afternoon.) keystone seriously needs to work on the skills of their managers. she should have come out as soon as the computer broke and made sure everyone was properly cared for. i'm so very very disappointed.
also, i couldn't rate the food because i never received any food.
