excellent food, great service, gorgeous decor!. tried katie's today and fell in love. shared the ted's meatball and the wood chicken pizzas. they were wonderful! service was great, our server was very informative and attentive. can't wait to go back!

the idea of the food was much better than the actual food. we were so excited to order a number of small plates that sounded a promising but just didn't deliver on flavor. portions were off (in the caprese salad we got a small piece of burrata for six large slices of heirloom tomatoes) and everything was under seasoned. good craft beer selection and cocktail list. too bad we were so underwhelmed by our meals.

it’s the first time for my husband and me. the decor and menu are unique. we got the spring rolls as an appetizer. i had the spaghetti and meat balls with pine nuts. my husband had a pizza with olive oil base. we finished it off with ricotta donuts. we’ll be back. my husband said it was a heavenly experience.

no argument that katie is a great chef and her food is amazing!  the issue comes with the serving staff, on both visits.  both visits were for lunch.  the first visit, after ordering appetizers, the server 'assumed' i wanted my salad with my entrée.  nope!  on the second visit, we ordered an appetizer, and then the special which was a salad and entrée.  the salad came next, yay!  but then the hot food came when we were in the middle of the salad.  boo!  on this occasion the restaurant wasn't even busy.  no need to rush us!!  the servers need more training on timing their orders.  it was also my birthday.  i was hoping for a tiny sliver of some delicacy created by the amazing katie.  instead, the business minded katie gave out a $10 off on a vero meal kit card with no expiration date..........

been here many times, the food is very tasty!!! the fried artichoke salad is amazing as is the lemon strozzapreti, two of my faves! katie's is definitely the place to go for pasta!

great tasting food and seasonal delights! i would recommend this place to any foodie. they also have a decent bar selection and decent prices.

absolutely satisfying experience. i usually order a pizza and a full salad if i'm really hungry but today i wanted to go with eggplant parmagiano from the small plates and the fried artichoke salad (one salad i order every time, please order it, order it now!) all was very tasty and filling. our waitress was wonderful, the atmosphere was terrific with people of all ages and i am glad we decided to come here for our sunday lunch.

such a cute mace with fun decor. the menu has lots of options. their happy hour & brunch are my favorites. happy hour is from 3-5 & 9-10. it has $6 pizzas & $5 small plates. their brunch is great, my favorite is the greek yogurt with honey, almonds, and fresh berries. they're cinnamon rolls are good, but huge so one is enough for two! their pear & prosciutto pizza is my favorite!

i've driven by katie's pizza and pasta osteria on numerous occasions and through the window on manchester, it always looks like it's packed. in retrospect i really wish i had tried some of the pasta offerings as all of them looked interesting. but it's clearly katie hasn't lost a step over the years. she's still putting out great food and it's obvious the community is still very much behind her.

kaizen is the japanese term for continuous improvement, something katie’s pizza & pasta has clearly taken to heart. in my humble (but highly informed and important) opinion, katie’s has transformed itself in the last two years from average to very good — in almost every way. pizzas, pastas, cocktails, even service. they’ve all improved.

four girls + four personal size, one topping pizzas + four waters plus 20% tip for excellent service from natalia = $82. yes. eight. two. 82. dollars. if the food was even close to as good as the service, it wouldn't have hurt quite so hard to receive that bill.

i cannot wait to come back!! this was more then i had ever expected! i got the squid ink pasta and i have been wanting to try it for years!! and fresh pasta??! amazing! it had scallops, clams in the shell, prawns and caviar(salmon roe). it was delicious! my friend ordered the cured meats pizza. delicious as well! this was the most authentic italian restaurant i have been to in the greater st. louis area. ambience is great! and taylor was a phenomenal server!! will be back soon and recommend to everyone. i suggest a reservation as well just in case. especially on the weekends! thanks taylor!

fabulous find! hand made pasta was outbid this world and so fresh! lemon pappardelle was so good. hands down some of best pasta ice had. don't let the strip mall fool you ;)
