expensive. the chicken sandwich was small and a bit greasy. it hadgreattaste. the salad was over dressed. loud inside. outside was not well shaded on a hot day. pastries looked great, but the long line made it hard to buy one

i went here not knowin what to expect and i was happy to say that this place has a fantastic breakfast menu usually. and they always havegreatcoffee and delicious pastries. check this place out if your in the area espicially for breakfast! highly recommend it!

excellent breakfast & lunch selections. i've been going to karen's bakery for several years after a long run for breakfast or just meet friends for lunch. i wish they were open on sundays but i try to get my fix on the saturday mornings or afternoon for their wonderful food. terrific dessert for after your meal or just drop by for a take out. i highly recommend it if you are in the old historic downtown folsom area. you can walk it off after thegreatmeal around the lake. :-)

hot spot for bike riders. this spot has nailed it for being on the american river trial and catering to bike riders... it is right next to a bike shop and has amazing food withgreatportions. it has become a favorite stopping spot. the salads (which you can get a sampler plate of 3 different ones!) are my favorites.
