kanha was just perfect. it had extremely yum pooris which are double fried so they are crisp! the sabji was nice and so was the pickle! am so glad we went here during our trip to amritsar! it’s good food !

this very place in amritsar is my favourite brunch spot, and their aloo chole pooris are the highlight here!

their aloo ki subzi has an amazing tangy punch and with pooris it tastes exceptional. though chole are more of a disappointment. but still their fluffy pooris and aloo ki subzi struck the right chords to my heart.

my personal fav in amritsar🤩🤩

definitely one the best places in asr for some yummy desi breakfast! the aloo poori and chole are just too good. miss it already. a glass of lassi with the meal is a must have to complete a true punjabi breakfast. i want to go back now!

a much hyped place to try amritsari puri, kulchas and sweets.
the place is very old and keeping up with tradition, preparations taste almost same over the years .
they have rennovated floors above this tiny outlet to accommodate sitting for families but the sitting is very average and the place lacks little hygeine at times.
taste is unbeatable.the poori sabzi is awesome.we tried kulchas this time.super thin, very generous helping of filling, complimentary rounds of refilling you f cholle, pickle etc makes it a must try affair .
the only issue is a proper ambience and cutlery.
the gud halwa is a must try too.

chole puri and lassi!! ❤ the best of all taste is what you get at kanha sweets where we had our last day breakfast while leaving back home from amritsar!
tip: try reaching early in the morning by 9 am to avoid too much crowd and enjoy your meal!
they serve few varieties of lassi but even the simplest of them all tastes heavenly! delicious poori with chole here are a must try when in amritsar. 👍

average seating arrangement, pathetic waiters and the best poori chana in the world...literally. the alu ki launj served with poori has a unique sweet & tangy taste which you don't find outside amritsar.. and their gur ka halwa is a must try too.

overcrowded. waiting time can upto hours on holidays and sundays. tried poori aloo chana, lassi and gur ka halwa. gur ka halwa is divine. aloo sabzi is too good. completely different.

kanha sweets was our brunch spot, if i may. with lots of people, lots of kids, we started the day pretty late. add to that stopping to buy shoes for the child because his big toe was pushing the shoe walls a bit much and it was high time to get his shoe sized up. once we got there, it was a quick meal. the breakfast platter, came with chole and aalu ki sabzi. one bite of it with fried pooris and i realized it was more like aalu ki launji – sweet and sour dish, usually done with raw mangoes, but the taste was on point. it’s the nigella seeds that bring out that peculiar flavour.

this place serves my ideal cheat meal for breakfast. freshly made hot puris , fried in desi ghee with white channa and aaloo laungi.
i love the sweetness of the aaloos , and the spiciness from the channas with crisp and flaky puris fresh from the frying pot . you can accompany this with a glass of lassi and some halwa to end the perfect brunch on a lazy winter sunday.

we tried poori chana, along with aloo ki sabzi and gur ka halwa and now i know what the hype is about.amazig food! aloo ki sabzi has this khatta meetha mango chutney sort of taste to it, which is so delicious and so different.chana is just the right amount of spicy.gur ka halwa was really good too!
this is going to be my go-to-place for poori chana etc

i ordered their famous chhole poori. chhole were full of oil. i'll never recommend this place to eat when you are in amritsar. i had to throw all the curry which was not good to waste the food.

the best puri in town is here and nowhere else to be. surely one of the best lassis if not the best. one of the most preffered sunday morning spots for most people in town.
