my first experience was not a very memorable one - in a nutshell, it had to do with the quality and quantity of the food. post leaving a review on zomato, the management was efficient enough to respond, address the issue, apologise for the experience as well as offer to send me the same order again. for the efforts put in by them to regain the confidence of a potentially lost customer , i decided to give them another go. so,ordered the pulled pork sandwich, tuna sandwich and the messy sandwich.

this time around thefoodwas great ! we loved all of it. the pork filling was ample and the dressing was just right. the tuna sandwich was much better too. and my personal favourite was the messy sandwich - oodles of egg, cheese, bacon and chicken - this would require you to run an extra mile but its totally worth it.

overall i am happy with the food, customer service and their ability to bounce back. i hope they maintain this consistency and i will be happy to order and try out more of their offerings.

okay, i have no idea what the people here are talking about with references to ambiance or food. overly pricedfoodand a really compact place with nothing extra ordinary ambiance, to be honest. the chocolate “milkshake” was just some chocolate ice cream and milkwater concoction in a tea glass. the butterscotch milkshake was vanilla milk water concoction with some rainbow sprinkles almost 200rs, for real. the chicken grill sandwich was bland and had loads of cheese. the white chocolate brownie was 3/5 tasted a little eggy but not too bad, wouldn’t recommend for that price though- altogether costed almost 800. absolutely not worth it, will not recommend.

they add raw onion to quinoa salad! it was not even mentioned in thefooddescription. i can’t eat onion. plus it ruined the quinoa salad’s taste completely.

the sauce and spices used in the tuna miix is strong that u dont get the flavor of tuna and also the mix is running making the lwttuce wrap all soggy and oily. also can understand the logic for a big plastic carry bag to deliver a smallfoodparcel

we call it "ulli vada" in trivandrum. i should learn swiss before ordering...🤣🤣🤣foodwas always good from "kaffeehaus"👍

visiting this place after more than 2 years and i should say, it's good as always! ❤️ to start off, the ambience of the place is classy, neat and we'll utilised. this place used to serve the best hot chocolate, and still holds up to it, that we ordered it again. the grilled chicken salad was little bland and we had to ask for mayonnaise to make it taste better. the chicken bolognese pizza (comes in 8") was damn good! the flavoured latte macchiatto (with vanilla flavour) tasted more like normal coffee. overall the ambience of the place and decentfoodgives a different vibe to the place.

for the price u guys charge...please live up to the quality offoodprovided...we ordered a chicken salad... turned out to be pretty bland...and a white sauce pasta...which omg was purely the sticky flour ....with very little cheese... thoroughly disappointed 😐

so it's one of a kind cafe in trivandrum because of the swissfoodoptions. i have had bacon sandwich, spaghetti arrabiatta, cordon blue schnitzel, carbonara pasta among the main course items. they were good of course, but gotta say they are expensive. the quantity doesn't justify the price.
i've had their affogato and chocolate cake from the desserts as well. honestly, they can be better.
it's a quaint little place away from the main road, but they might want to consider lowering the prices considering how the crowd in tvm might not frequently visit if the prices are on the higher side.

kaffeehaus is a wonderful breakfast place if you would like some peace and quiet in the morning. you can unwind & have a decent heart to heart conversation with your date here. although thefoodquantity may not be up to the mark, thefoodis up to standard here. keep up the good work kaffeehaus:) taz james
