my first experience was not a very memorable one - in a nutshell, it had to do with the quality and quantity of the food. post leaving a review on zomato, the management was efficient enough to respond, address the issue, apologise for the experience as well as offer to send me the same order again. for the efforts put in by them to regain the confidence of a potentially lost customer , i decided to give them another go. so,ordered the pulled pork sandwich, tuna sandwich and the messy sandwich.

this time around the food was great ! we loved all of it. the pork filling was ample and the dressing was just right. the tuna sandwich was much better too. and my personal favourite was the messy sandwich - oodles of egg, cheese, bacon andchicken- this would require you to run an extra mile but its totally worth it.

overall i am happy with the food, customer service and their ability to bounce back. i hope they maintain this consistency and i will be happy to order and try out more of their offerings.

okay, i have no idea what the people here are talking about with references to ambiance or food. overly priced food and a really compact place with nothing extra ordinary ambiance, to be honest. the chocolate “milkshake” was just some chocolate ice cream and milkwater concoction in a tea glass. the butterscotch milkshake was vanilla milk water concoction with some rainbow sprinkles almost 200rs, for real. thechickengrill sandwich was bland and had loads of cheese. the white chocolate brownie was 3/5 tasted a little eggy but not too bad, wouldn’t recommend for that price though- altogether costed almost 800. absolutely not worth it, will not recommend.

i was expecting healthy brown rice but this one tasted like it was flavored with sugar. thechickenaccompaniment was good though.

friedrice was not cooked .. chillichickenpieces were ok but gravy was not good .. moreover a very late delivery ..

one of the worst salads i've ever eaten.chickenwas so raw that it was trynna jump out. it was like eating out of the trash. thank you kaffehaus

spaghetti bolognese was horrible,chickenrosti was just ok but not worth the money. sandwich was ok still could be improved.

cucumber felt like a wrong choice in thechickensalad. broccoli would have made it better.

whenever i have dined in the portion of veggies that came with lemonchickenincluded a variety of seasonal vegetables. but in the delivery today i just got herb-roasted potatoes and 2 pieces of zucchini.

kaffeehaus, if your providing a sandwich with crispychickenin it atheist provide a qualifying piece,there was nothing but bread all round and the coleslaw salad i bet you can't find a smaller container to serve it(quantity smaller than pickle given at most restaurants). the sandwich had very small quantities of veg and chicken. kindly provide better quality foods for the price or kindly reduce the price.

visiting this place after more than 2 years and i should say, it's good as always! ❤️ to start off, the ambience of the place is classy, neat and we'll utilised. this place used to serve the best hot chocolate, and still holds up to it, that we ordered it again. the grilledchickensalad was little bland and we had to ask for mayonnaise to make it taste better. thechickenbolognese pizza (comes in 8") was damn good! the flavoured latte macchiatto (with vanilla flavour) tasted more like normal coffee. overall the ambience of the place and decent food gives a different vibe to the place.

i was attracted by the novelty in the dishes. but weren't as good as one would decently expect. grilledchickensandwich was dry as saw dust. the white chocolate browny had parts that were as hard as rusk. not a decent effort.

for the price u guys charge...please live up to the quality of food provided...we ordered achickensalad... turned out to be pretty bland...and a white sauce pasta...which omg was purely the sticky flour ....with very little cheese... thoroughly disappointed 😐

went there on a monday evening. the place is clean and well decorated and good music too.
as for the food, the in house salad was really good. but they had a little too much mayonnaise for our liking. the ingredients were quite fresh. bolognese noodles and grilledchickenwere good. but the pulled pork sandwich was a bit too sweet.
the cucumber lemon drink was refreshing.
for desserts, we ordered brownie with ice cream. but what we got was a white brownie which had a cake like consistency instead of brownie. when we checked, we were told that they have white and dark brownies and we were not told about this when we ordered. we were not charged for it due to the confusion.
