love love love this place. open 24 hours, i go there everytime im in that area. huge portions,foodis so flavorful, great selection. you can eat it or eat out and you can call in your order. place is always busy so if you are in a rush i recommend you call in your order.
i highly recommend this place.

good lunch buffet.. ate here for lunch had the buffet,foodwas tasty and definitely worth a trip back.

went to the store around 11 am. the place was not crowded so we can enjoy thefoodcomfortably. love the lamb chops.. heaven for meat lovers

good and authentic. these are the best kabobs i've had stateside and highly recommend if you want something a little different. not entirely that cheap (expect to spend ~$20 after entrée and drink per person) and has limited seating when busy, but it is extremely good and it is a lot offoodfor the price. kabobs are cooked to order (i.e., pulled out of the big display case when the order is placed) so don't expect "fast" food, but they do have call ahead take out. the standard sides (salad, rice, and chickpeas) are pretty weak except for the chickpeas...they are fantastic.

the absolute best restaurant in the d.c. area. to start with, i'm afraid that the three dollar signs at the top will scare some people away. they shouldn't. this isn't a three dollar sign restaurant. it's barely a two dollar sign restaurant. whoever is responsible for those dollar signs at the top needs to be sent to a siberian work camp, or maybe a nickleback concert.

you can eat here with a full meal for as low as less than 8 bucks, and probably you'll average around 10 dollars.

i moved to the d.c. area a few years ago for work, and i have been to this restaurant more times than any other. thefoodis awesome, the staff is very friendly, it has a mix of people of pretty much every race, religion, gender, etc.

the best stuff here is the sides -- the rice and chickpeas are both super-tasty. but the entrees that the sides accompany are great too. the fried fish is amazing, the shrimp karahi is a favorite and of course the kabobs are among the best you'll have.

and if you might think you're not open to this kind of food, but you have to try it first. it's amazing and just about everyone likes it. if you're a vegetarian, there's plenty for you. if you are a normal well-adjusted human being, there's even more.

i see there are people giving this place mediocre reviews. these are the same people who would sleep with shakira and give her a c-minus or complain that the burj khalifa is too short. in other words, they are stupid and should be ignored.

great mix of food. there is one guy that works there that will chat you up and is pretty hilarious. he provides color commentary on the news.

i love thefoodand the service.

good people watching as well. a very diverse crowd.

awesome- great food. thefoodis amazing. i love it.. hot & ready when you need it. especially late night the kabob palace is way better the mcdonalds. guess what they wont break the bank. price is affordable.

awesome- great food. thefoodwas awesome. i loved it.. the price isn't bad. as for 24hr kabob palace, its amazing. the beef kabob with chick peas, rice, salad and the bread(pita)... thefoodis hot & ready.. please cheak the place out.. i should know , i'm a picky eater....

not that good. i don't know what all this hype in reviews of this place about? we had mixed grill combo # 12 with salad, rice and spinach, lavash, mango lassi and tea for a price of $30+. thefoodwasn't bad, but not as great as some reviewers describe on this site. the meats were tougher then they should be and definitely less flavorful then infoodcorner kabob house. definitely not worth the money spent.. the ambiance on another hand was really nice.

a find! was open at midnight.foodwas quite good. everyone else was hookah smoking. worth the walk in the rain.

great kabobs and everything else. i ate at the kabob palace for the first time last night and liked it a lot. everything tasted real good, not just the kabobs but the rice, chickpeas, bread, and mango lassi. the service was okay and timely. the only problem i had was that i ordered the lamb and chicken plate, which gave me a double serving of meat, which was more than i could eat. i ended up leaving a bunch of the rice, chickpeas, and bread, which was a shame because they are real good. next time i will only order one kind of meat. but with excellentfoodand the only problem being that i got too much of it you can't get much better of a deal.

never again. **kabob place and kabob palace have the same address listed, so i assume they are under the same management.**

we waited 30mins for our food. the reason for the delay was the most shocking. the employees of the kabob palace were "hooking-up" their friends, regulars, etc. by giving them priority as thefoodcame off the grill. so the more "buddies" came, the more delayed the orders became. we observed 3-4 groups, with 4-5 people in each party, get theirfoodbefore us and other patrons. i want people will take notice and urge kabob palace to treat all their customers the same. rather than sit around and deal with this treatment, i've taken my business elsewhere - permanently.
