kabab corner

ambience: to start off with the ambience, there was not much space to accommodate many inside the little shop. there was no seating inside. we can only stand and have the food. the shop was quite hard to find in the famous greams road. inside a tiny street, lies this kabab corner. everything they prepare will be right in front of you. right from taking the marinated chicken to outcome.

food: this place was recommended to me by my friend as one of the tastiest kabab place in the town. yes, it surely lived upto its name. this is the tastiest kabab place i have ever tasted. i tried only one dish to be honest, but that was enough for me to suggest someone the best kabab place in town. we tried special chickenmalaikabab from the house. few marinated chicken roasted under charcoal fire for a few minutes. some white liquid was spread all over the kababs. i think it was liquid mayonnaise but i am not sure. cheese were spread above everything. the food was damn tasty. trust me, you have to try this!

prices: to someone who thought this might be under your budget, i doubt that. we were surprised to see the menu which had prices of items par our budget money. every kabab out there was more than rs. 170 and whatever was in special was above rs. 220. what we tried came in the price of latter. but if you are in a mood to try the tastiest kabab, you will not be seeing the money which is in front of you.

service: you can't expect much of a service in a place which had no seatings. its the same. everyone were lousy in their way.

where else you can get best wraps other than this place. more than the food, the items they use all well known brands. let it be oil, butter, maida. the stuff is worth for the money you pay.malaitandori is my recommendation. you cant sit and enjoy your food, that's the only problem.

dint give ambience rating as this is not a restaurant and it's just standup food joint majorly for takeaway.

this is my goto place for many years, very pocket friendly with some fab dishes. close eyes and pick anything from nonveg menu, you will be amazed with pack of deliciousness.
my favourites are spl chickenmalaikebeb, chicken omelette andmalaitikka
worth visiting any number of times, one place you get good food till 11 pm in & around greens road

this review was long pending, after reading several reviews my foodie partner in crime and i visited this place, the ambience was very modest and had a classic old makeshift place modernised sort of a way. the way the kebabs were being made was interesting to watch, but the use of bare hands to make the kebab is the reason i rated this place a 4.5 when mymalaichicken kebab came to the plating section i was not too impressed, then the staff poured a creamy white fluid on the kebab which increased my curiosity, then he grated a generous amount of cheese on it. by then i was about to pop the lid with anxiety.. and when i pierced the soft kebab with the wedge/stick and placed it in my mouth and scooped some of the creamymalaiinto my mouth i had what one could call as a foodgasm :) umummm.... and the rest of the woes of the world could wait till i finished the last bit of trace of of my plate.

two days ago my friend tried this roll and told me how tasty it was. this is the first time i’ve ordered from this shop and omg!! it was sooooo gooood!!! the best vealmalairool everrr😍

vealmalaikabab was not cooked properly in-spite me giving cooking instructions to make it well done

this is by far the best kebabs i have had in this budget. the wait time could be more depending on the day you plan to visit. it is usually crowded, but the wait is worth it.

had the best kebab ,malaikebab , chicken grill and loved every bit . spend my friday munching on the goodies and had a amazing day . when the stomach is full and it’s filled with amazing food . then the happiness is more .

tandoori on the go! i've been to this place multiple times. the rolls are worth it! the ambience is average so its better to parcel food here. best dishes i've had here aremalaichicken and achari chicken. the taste is very different and really good. they add-on a lot of their sauces which makes it really gooey and appetizing .

my favorite kebab outlet in the city. this is a small place on the street right next to fruit shop and tibbs frankie. the place is always busy but the service is quick.
the meat is well marinated and juicy. i like the sheekh andmalaikebab here. though the quantity seem to look less by the time one finishes a plate of the kebab you'd feel so full. there's no place to sit and eat here so standing for a long time and eating plate after plate makes you tired :d
afghani kebab is also a must try here.!
this small super busy place is a must try for all kebab lovers. gorge on some yummy chicken/beef without burning a hole in your pocket.

it is one of the best place for kebabs and tandoori. different types of kebab are available. however, on somedays, some type of kebabs are over early in the night. i would recommend afghanimalaikebab, that is my favourite.

if you love kebabs this is the perfect place to go to amazing sheekhs! the veil kabab is a musttt tryyy it’s dammmm good!
themalaikabab is good but has a lot of malai.
veil kabab is spicy and its beef .
kabab lovers this is the right place to go to, but it’s a small shop generally crowded so it’s better to take away!

the location is pretty hard to find though.
seems they even have briyani at lunch.

it was my 2nd visit to this place,one of the famous outlet in chennai.
we ordered afghani chicken tikka, chicken sheek roll,malaipaneer tikka and chicken omlet, got the order in 15mins. employees are polite and service was good.

place is small but food matters who cares about place, price ?? worth for the food 😃
