julius pizzeria

perfect service, good food.. we went here a couple of weeks ago on a friday night - two of us - sat at the bar for about 30 minutes - great atmosphere. got our table andfoodreally quickly. great service.foodwas good. to compare, we had exactly what we usually have at il posto at paddington. while thefoodat julius is good, i reckon il posto is a bit better. but the service and atmosphere at julius is great. so much better than beccofino. we'd definitely go back to julius.

good italianfoodand love the location. pizza is great but the pasta and risotto is done really well so i like to explore the menu. service and wait times are roughly about normal. if it's your first time, try the calamari.

amazing every time. my partner and i have been to julius several times and we never leave disappointed. the service is the first thing i want to mention. i've been to many restaurants before with 10/10foodbut 5/10 service and it completely ruins the experience. eating out is more than just how thefoodtastes and julius totally gets that. no matter how busy it is the service level never slips. now the food, oh the food. can't fault anything i've ever tired. the duck ragu is always a winner as is every pizza on the menu. the insalata romana is the best i've ever had. make sure you go before the autumn menu is changed. it's a very short walk from the south brisbane station so it's handy to get to if you want to have a few drinks.

great can do place. buzzing , terrificfoodand service. authentic italian. had a line outside at 530 on a weekday night but got us in pretty quickly after a nice drink at the bar . good spot

greatfoodands buzzy vibe - just a bit pushy with the ordering - i guess trying to get more people through the door .. that was the only down side

my wife - who's pretty picky about italianfood- said the ragu sauce on the duck papadelle was the best she's ever had!!! i really like exploring lots of new places, but julius was so good we might go two nights in a row!

in all honesty the best pizza bar i’ve been too. thefoodis to die for and the staff so friendly. bookings essential as julius packs out very quickly and i can see why.

i’ve wanted to go to julius since it opened and finally got there on the weekend! we knew how busy it gets so booked our table for 545pm. luckily we did because it was so busy - which is awesome! thefoodwas amazing! we got the valentines entree special, pizza, squid ink pasta and the dumplings for dessert. couldn’t fault the food!

we had heard amazing things about the service but were so disappointed. our waiter clearly didn’t want to be there and was extremely rude. another waiter kept walking past our table (the walk way is narrow) but kept hitting my husbands should with his elbow. he didn’t apologize and we thought it must had been a mistake the first time. it happened 6 times across the course of the night and not one apology. my husband is totally chilled so we didn’t say anything but it was clear this man was doing it on purpose - so weird!

we’d go back for thefoodof course but it really put a dampener on our night out!

fell in love. thought the tartufo pizza was pretty good like everyone says but the stars have gotta be the calamari and the duck ragu pasta!! order the calamari in the large serving, you won’t be disappointed! service was also nothing short of excellent - the staff were so friendly and attentive, andfoodcame out altogether within 20mins! couldn’t fault my experience today.

we had pizza and pasta - they are both really good and fairly priced- but honestly, you only pay for the food- and you get what you pay for.

i would definitely go back - just for the food.

well i guess if i were younger i could be more furious with the service- but not now - at least they serve decentfood😋

pizza is superb and their zucchini flowers to pasta were perfect. everyone was happy withfoodand wine. it's a very popular place and expect a long wait.

very crowded with tables much too close together. however it was a friday night so maybe more busy than usual.foodwas quite good, we had marinara and siciliano. service was so so. all in all it was a medium experience.
