joe kool's

i want to come back.. i love joe kool's but they won't let me back in since i got in a fight with an old boy on a saturday night. the bouncers told me i need to apologize to him before i can come back but i can't stand the guy... every time i walk by he's taunting me through the front window. please let me back in... the ladies just aren't the same anywhere else. i also really enjoy the deep dish.

great venue. older crowd, friendly staff, and great atmosphere!

it's understandable why this establishment has been around for more than 25 years - good food, quick service and decent prices all conveniently located down town on richmond street.

not like it used to be. when i was younger my family and i went to joe kool's very often, as the food was always great and the service was good too.
i just went for my first time in probably 6 or 7 years and it is nothing like it used to be. the regular fries aren't fresh cut, the sweet potato ones may have been, i'm not sure. my mother ordered the sp fries and they were cold. i ordered a club sandwich. it was okay, but it seemed to be made with mediocre ingredients. the sandwich my mother ordered (some sort of chicken thing) was very boring and plain, and it came with lettuce on it, even though she'd asked for no lettuce.
our server did comp our drinks because of the sandwich mishap which was nice, but other than that i found the service to be lacking.
i'd recommend walking up a few blocks and hitting up the church key if you want good food. pricier, but definitely worth it.

amazing food for a sports bar, plus the kitchen is open late. pizza and salad were very impressive.

one of the top 5 burgers in london. kool's is a tradition in london, everyone goes there at sometime. drinks are reasonably priced the food is good pub fare and the burgs are nice.

kitchen sink chicago-style pizza is the best.

great food, poor service ! i have eaten at joe kool's 5 or 6 times. the food is always good, the service is always poor. don't even try take out orders, they are a complete disaster. if you want a good meal and are willing to wait, joe kool's is a decent spot.

my favourites are the perch sandwich and the steak sandwich, both with sweet potatoe fries.

the pizza and nachos here are amazing!! nice place, and it's usually pretty busy.

i love joe kools, it has such a friendly enviroment and great service. i recomend the jalepeno cheddar soup and the burger or the kitchen sink pizza
