has potential but not quite there.. ate atjimmy'swhile staying at margaritaville. service was great and the restaurant is pretty. the food, however, needs some work. starters of bread, butter and the soup flight were all very good. hubby got the filet which, although flavorful, was nearly well-done even though he requested it medium. a side of overcooked au gratin potatoes was hard and dry. i had the mahi-mahi with a sauce over bland rice. the fish was ok but later that evening upset my stomach. the restaurant is new so maybe with some time, it will improve, but based on this experience, we would not return.
