nice looking place but i would never stop there again. these guys did so many things wrong but the worst was the my per hate. when a customer places an order the person at point of sale, if they have half a brain, should let the customer know if there is going to be a long wait. this enables the customer to make a decision of whether to go ahead or find and alternative place to eat that would suit there time frame. in general people are happy to wait forfoodif they know up front of the estimated time frame. 40 minutes for our coffees and 50 minutes forfoodis un acceptable. the place was not even that busy. when our coffees $4.50each came out they were burnt. tasted like instant coffee with milk throth on top. we ordered two cheese burgers with chips for my wife, 3year old and i to share. when they did finally come out they had put mayonnaise in them. my wife, being pregnant, can't eat mayo so went up to the senior looking person behind the counter and asked if she could get another burger because she was pregnant and the menu never said anything about mayonnaise. the hag behind the counter went into defensive mode and said "that's not our problem. we are not going to just make you another burger. you will have to wait in line for the other orders in front of you". so we demanded a refund and my pregnant wife had to go without. wile i ate my burger i could hear the staff behind me saying" why did you give her money back, it was her fault". i have never in my life had such bad service. this place should be shut down. over priced poor quality meat patty burger.
