friendly staff. lovely and clean. good value adequate size meals.

jarrahdale treasure. have been to the jarrahdale general store on numerous occasions and never had a bad meal, serving are large and lovely and freah. the staff are always friendly and even made my little staffy welcome by offering a drink of water. i have takien many of my friends and they all love the place. the jarrah burger is huge and the chicken salad bowl plus avocado is one of the best i have had. keep up the great work ladies. every sunday the place is packed with bike riders, motor bikes and it's lovely to see people enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. they must be doing something right. :)

has here on the weekend for a late lunch. thought it might be better then eating at the tavern.... wrong. lunch bar quality food with a cafe price tag. service was extremely slow and rude, and it wasn't even that busy. coffee looked good but tasted burnt. gardens were well kept by a friendly yards man but the whole experience was killed by the rude counter staff.

ms holloway. to the fella with the pregnant wife yesterday that gave a poor review about this wonderful café,i think when you actually went into the café and saw there were no seats available inside and out that may of been an indication of how busy they are..
and if your wife is pregnant maybe state when ordering food that she can not have mayo as people are not mind readers and when there that busy they cant pause to notice if she was or wasn't,so before you get all high and mighty maybe think next time before you act!!!
i'm a regular at this store and was there yesterday and saw for myself how busy they were..
oh as for the attitude leave that in the city we all come up here for the peace and quite.

nice looking place but i would never stop there again. these guys did so many things wrong but the worst was the my per hate. when a customer places an order the person at point of sale, if they have half a brain, should let the customer know if there is going to be a long wait. this enables the customer to make a decision of whether to go ahead or find and alternative place to eat that would suit there time frame. in general people are happy to wait for food if they know up front of the estimated time frame. 40 minutes for our coffees and 50 minutes for food is un acceptable. the place was not even that busy. when our coffees $4.50each came out they were burnt. tasted like instant coffee with milk throth on top. we ordered two cheese burgers with chips for my wife, 3year old and i to share. when they did finally come out they had put mayonnaise in them. my wife, being pregnant, can't eat mayo so went up to the senior looking person behind the counter and asked if she could get another burger because she was pregnant and the menu never said anything about mayonnaise. the hag behind the counter went into defensive mode and said "that's not our problem. we are not going to just make you another burger. you will have to wait in line for the other orders in front of you". so we demanded a refund and my pregnant wife had to go without. wile i ate my burger i could hear the staff behind me saying" why did you give her money back, it was her fault". i have never in my life had such bad service. this place should be shut down. over priced poor quality meat patty burger.

went here last week on a rainy day. very nice atmosphere. relaxing and nostalgic. had the jarrah burger which is massive. beautiful burger with real butter on it and a very nice meat patty.
ingredients are fresh and bread is fresh. will defiantly return. also had the chicken souvlaki here about 2 years ago and that was also beautiful. it also has nice outdoor seating on the deck and down near the gardens.

always fantastic. the quality of product used in there food is absolutely fantastic, the staff are aso friendly and setting is tranquil. this place is real gem and coffee is great.

have tried most things on the menu and nothing disappoints.

a treat. we ended up here with friends over the xmas break when we meant to meet at the cafe on the dam, but it was closed.
nearly drove past, so glad we didn't, four of us and everyone got a fabulous meal.
our friends have been back & we are dying to try the big breakfast.

b for brilliant. this place has become one of our little favourites,
pretty simple fare, burgers etc, but it's not hard to get that wrong.
much nicer fare than the cafe on the dam for example.
it's not licensed, but a soft drink or an ice cream is okay, the coffee is always good. it's always consistently good, never had a bad meal here and we've been a few times now, have the same thing, the jarrah burger!
i appreciate quality, and this place will do well.

great find. my mum and i came across this place one day when we were driving for my hours for my license. the food is amazing, wether it's a burger or scones with jam and cream. the staff are friendly and it's a great place to sit and unwind. this became a regular for us on the weekend and since she passed away from cancer 3 months ago i will start coming back as it was one of her favourite places to be.

fantastic jarrah burger. whenever i go there, the service is always fantastic. the jarrah burger is the best burger in town. well done!
