ourlunchat jams..... we had a wonderful lunch. the food was delicious and the service was superb!

we came here forlunchwith some friends. i ordered the salad with steak. ranch and the aioli on the side. the aioli isn’t very good. at least not to put on a salad. my steak was good even though they cooked it incorrectly.
my spouse ordered the mahi mahi “blackened” tacos. first off, the mahi mahi was in bite sized chucks. the bite sized fish were not blackened. i don’t think the cook understands what blackened is. cutting the fish in chucks overcooked the fish.
the sauce that was put on the tacos was too much. made the whole taco mush. my spouse took 2 bites and left the rest on his plate. needless to say 58.00 for a lunch, wasn’t worth it. we haven’t been to this place for over 12 years. now we know why.

i only review for places that actually have great food. jams is one of the bestlunchstops ever. so good. after i eat i still want the menu so i can try somthing else. now they are downtown too.

went tolunchw a vendor rep. jams has been a staple restaurant in omaha since it opened. their have been a lot of ownership changes in the last 5 years. the atmosphere is now modern/trendy for lack of better words. i got the crab cake salad which is phenomenal. chucks of walnuts, avocado, and gorgonzola cheese. all their salads are the best in town. i miss the old jams but i know change is constant so i am slowly embracing the new jams and going there more often now

i love this place the food is amazing!! but the new seating is horrible!! i sat at a 10 person high top table with 4 ppl i didn't know!! yes it is family style seating! which made my businesslunchawkward and impossible with my computer and i heard the conversations of both sets of ppl!! the ppl to my left were having marriage problems and the ppl to my right where in logistics. they need to change this...

amazing!! i have been coming here for years and i have never ever had a bad meal and tonight was no different!! i had the coconut chicken salad because what else do you eat there!! i took the rest of it home but just knowing it is in my fridge.... i ate the rest!! my waitress was adorable!! she had redish hair.... perfect service....i was there with my aunt from out of town who ordered a hamburger and she raved about it!! can't go wrong here.... you could close your eyes and randomly pick something off the menu and you can't go wrong!!!

very good. first time i have eaten here.lunchwas very good and so was the service. would definitely eat here again

best salads in town. i seize every opportunity to eat here, but i still get excited every time i go. known for their salads (at least in my mind), the food is somehow just a notch above what i get at most restaurants. the coconut chicken salad is probably the most popular dish. i've had the salmon, asian, and grilled chicked and they were all great. i've only been here forlunch- it tends to be louder and more crowded than usual, but wait times were rarely > 15 minutes.
