jalapenos mexican grill

i think the managment is doing a great job and the waitstaffthat left left at the same time the old managment left. thestaffthere now is fast and hard working. the food is great and the margaritas are awesome. even over the change in managment the new manager seems to have more personality and talk more to the customers. also seen him cleaning off tables never really seen a manager do that.

soso. i figured to stray from my usual spot just to give it a try and see the difference but it was a bad choice on my part. jalapenosstaffdoes not focus on their customers very well they dont give you that personal experience the food didnt even make up for the service i recieved im just going to stick with my cancuns right down the street they know exaclty what i want!

recently.... i have been frequenting jalapeños since it opened here in pooler. i have seen the restaurant have it's up and downs over the last several years. i am so disappointed to see the restaurant taking a downward turn again, as it has been amazing in the recent past. the recent change in management was immediately noticed, as was some of the beststaffleaving the restaurant. i have witnessed the current manager be rude not only to staff, but to customers as well. i can only hope that thestaffthat is still left (many of which have been with the restaurant for a while) don't get fed up and leave like the others. the atmosphere is so different there now, it is no where near as enjoyable as it was even just 2-3 months ago. please fix this! i really dread finding a new favorite restaurant....

festive atmosphere. we love jalapeno's for its festive atmosphere. good waitstaffand the bartenders are always friendly to us.
we have been coming to jalapeno's since the first day it opened...a friday night tradition.
