this little breakfast joint has everything to love about! the service, the food, the variety and the coffee. we ordered the kaya filled brioche, lemon ricotta pancakes, mapo tofu and halloumi with pea mousse. when your food looks too pretty to eat, you know you’ve spotted a little gem! the kaya filled toast was a great balance of sweet from the kaya and bitter from the chocolate. the ricotta pancakes were just right and way too pretty. the mapo tofu was crunchy and my favourite! wasn’t a big fan of the pea mousse, but that’s just me. overall a great experience!

my friend and i wanted to try a new cafe out so when we zomato we found this place and the photos look amazing!! they recommend me the taro latte since i wasn’t a fan of coffee, had dude a love taste to it and it look so pretty i didn’t even want to drink it. the food was delicious with great service it didn’t take long either but the bonus part when we received a mini fruit salad which was great for the weather since it was hot. would definitely come back again

absolutely scrumptious food with a good use of asian fusion. the interior does look a bit bland and generic white scandi so i wasn't sure what to expect but this is a true star & one of the best breakfast cafes in west end. i'll be back.

food is beautiful and tasty, complimentary fruit comes with cream and pop rocks which is a great combination. loved all the dishes and will definitely come back.

soooooo good!!! we walked 30m to the top ranking cafe on zomato, and it totally worth it!!! highly recommend the crab omelette and the jacaranda breakfast!!!!! we definitely will come back!!

we had the most amazing food here. we ordered the kung fu mapo yofu and the halloumi cheese on sweet pea mousse. the portions were good size and combinations were just great in terms of ingredients and spice. check it out!

please check this place out for brunch. i had a crab omelette and matcha soy chai latte and it was great. the staff are friendly and happy to help with recommendations. it gets booked out on the weekends so make sure you make a booking if going on the weekend

oh my god ... this place is incredible. i can see why this is rated so highly. first lets start with drinks, i ordered a latte and a matcha latte. the coffee was the right temperature, tasted great and had latte art. i enjoyed my matcha latte however i do regret not getting one of their milkshakes just because they look fantastic. for breakfast i ordered the salmon eggs benedict, i was tossing up between this or the tofu dish. i’m glad i got this because it was beautiful. the prices here are extremely cheap and they even give you a little cup of fruit to finish your meal. great service, great food and great coffee. what more could you want. i had been meaning to try this place for ages so on a depressing rainy sunday when only brunch could cheer me up, my partner and i finally came to jacaranda coffee lane - and the reviews are not kidding, this has to be one of my favourite places now! on arrival, we were the only ones there but it soon became packed about 10.30 so get there early to get a seat! i had the crab omelette with potato shrimp rolls and my partner had the bean ragout with mushrooms and a poached egg...both were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. the coffee was also delicious, so much so that we both ordered second cups! i loved the complimentary fruit bowls with popping candy afterwards too. the staff were really friendly and attentive and service was very quick. will definitely return here!

i have been curious why this cafe has such a high rating, 4.9!! i went there to have a brunc with groupon voucher. the service was still incredibly friendly. i had crab omelette which is the popular menu and chinese sencha. the crab omelette served with ciabatta and potato shrimp roll. the sauce had a unique taste but tasted good. the omelette was soft and well cooked. this dish is kind of a fusion between western and asian dishes. the dish would have been better if they were warmer. overall, it’s a nice experience. got a complimentary dessert: fruit!

i don‘t give five star ratings often, but this place is amazing!! the presentation of the food is stunning (see pictures)! probably one of the best ones i have seen so far. the portions are really generous and the breakfast we had was super tasty. the staff is really lovely too and gave us a free fruit salad with popping candy at the end! milkshakes were a work of art too. if you are in brisbane, definitely have breakfast here!

i am visiting from melbourne and was looking for a cafe for brunch in south brisbane before heading out to explore. with a 4.9 rating on zomato, i figured i had to give this cafe a try.

it is quite an unassuming cafe, and one could easily walk past it. it plays some relaxing music and the atmosphere is calm. the service is really prompt and friendly.

i ordered a soy latte to start while deciding on food. i must say the coffee was very good, and being from melbourne, we take our coffee seriously. 😄

i then ordered the crab omelette, and boy was it a burst of flavours dancing in my mouth! the fusion of western brunch with eastern flavours was a match made in heaven! everything from the omelette itself to the potato shrimp rolls and the sauce was delicious.

after my meal, i was served a complimentary small fruit salad which was a nice touch. overall, this was a great brunch decision and definitely one i would recommend. i am not being paid to write this! 😄

we came here based on zomato review, of course with high expectations as well.. and they are really up to the standard... cafe is simple and most importantly we are served with smile and attended very quickly.
our meal is totally filled with clever dishes.. i love every single scoop of food that i ate..
to my surprise when i asked for chilli (love spicy food) and they have chilli sauce..
coffee was spot on and also we were served with extea ice cream at the end.. im totally spoilt!! thanks guys..
if i am in brisbane, i will surely come back to this cafe... recommended...

five star for the food and service. everything is prepared with care and passion. we are very surprised by the little free dessert after meal.
